Just want to put it out there. Despite all the warning and allegedly not working installer, it appears to be working just fine from EU without any VPN or extra shenanigans.
All I had to do is run the GAMMA installer and then, after discovering game doesn't load (despite 554 mods in MO) run it again so it managed to pick up the mods it failed to download and shown had improper hash values.
I ran it 3 times, just to make sure, until the entire log of GAMMA Install/Update shown no mentions of re-downloading mods due to wrong hashcode.
Game launches and works so far 2 hours in.

And of course I had the itch to play it during this time when it allegedly broke down.
I know it doesn't work for some, but I can only assume it's due to substantial portion of the community being from a certain country that nows blocks their people from accessing global internet with regular means.
