Dont think you have to use any armor repair kits for the field repair kit to be functional, from what I understand its essentially the equivalent of needle and thread items, but those are only capable of repairing textiles, while the field armor kit is capable of fixing the more complicated material parts

In PDA Taskboard, you can cycle back and forth between a Drug Runner quest and something else over and over again to reroll the task location to somewhere you want it to be, so if a drug runner was in truck cemetery, you could flick between it and another task and it would give you a stash somehwere else

If you do, swap them around to find the correct one, they are NOT interchangeable with each other.
