trust me, it is not your only hope. I'm literally using the first ever amd cpu to have an actual good apu (that being the 2400g), and i can still play this at 40 - 50 fps using good SSS configs and good graphics. You just need to configure it right. And use the new modded exes, it helps alot.

I played Call of The Zone, Legend Returns 0.9.2 and Anomaly, as freeplay the prior two are stronger, i get ur point but i don't reject stalker sandbox either.
The problem with the 99% of sdalgermods freeplays is that don't there much to do, there people that if u give to em the best freeplay ever, em wouldn't like it but itself almost any sdalgermod freeplay it's "undercooked" (including CoTZ and LR but even then, are more cooked)

the DVL Sabo is suppressed by default. the DVL Urbana has no suppressor. you can check by right clicking on the weapon and going to Details
