replayability in gamma mainly comes down to the fun you have collecting gear and barely getting by in the early game, you get 13 different factions to try so each one has different levels of difficulty to go through in order to get out of the "hobo phase". gamma goes full in on survival and crafting with limited, linear progression

after nearly 2000 hours of gamma i enjoy both quick replays of the first few days as well as long runs where i take it a bit slow and just enjoy myself

EFP on the other hand is less difficult to get going and wants to focus more on gunfights, similar to GAMMA you still have to grind a bit but not as much
its less restrictive and more casual
both are very similar, they just focus on different things
Also one of the few modpacks that works better in warfare than for example gamma

in both you basically do the same thing - random tasks and shooting people
story threads are identical, same factions, same everything

differences are ofc in balancing, guns you find, the magazine system being enabled by default and ballistics being more grounded when fighting stalkers (for mutants its pretty much anything goes)

To identify if the stash is indeed bugged you can do this:

1. Disable Areas above the PDA Map to remove white circles around locations
2. Right Click the stash marker on your PDA Map
3. Select Set Waypoint
4. Right Click the waypoint you just added
5. Select Waypoint Settings
6. Enable Show waypoints marker on HUD
7. Press OK
8. The on-screen waypoint will point towards the stash
