Assuming you are on the latest version of GAMMA, try any one of these at a time (in no particular order) to see if it helps with stutters or microfreezes:

1. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
2. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering, and set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in NVIDIA control panel
3. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
4. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)
5. Activate the Turn this on if you stutter mod to alleviate stutters while losing some FPS
6. Consider looking at #╰⚡fps-optimisation for a performance boost, if that channel is locked go here to unlock: #⏩start-confirm
7. In game, go to Settings > Modded Exes > Optimization > Lua Garbage Collector and increase this bit by bit until microstutters/freezes stop. Default value is 300, people seem to find that 750-800 is the sweet spot, this will depend on your hardware

I wanted to say that you could finish tasks repeatedly and your reputation will increase by itself, also by eliminating your enemy faction like if you're Loner and mass murdering Bandits, it should go up as well.

In base anomaly there's this glitch where if you crashed or load when using Underbarrel mode, the amount of Underbarrel grenade will match your primary ammo (which most case is 30) so you would have 30 grenade launchers packed with one Underbarrel

Check your meds for a white heart, thats perma heal, the description should tell you what bodyparts they heal

Medkits provide tempheal, some higher tier stimpacks also perma heal

Campfires require a mod to heal limbs iirc

Sleeping heals limbs but not main health

Medics will fully heal you for 1850 Rubles

You first need temp heals and then perma heals

MEDKIT + Antidote for example would heal your head

Healing limbs and other bodyparts in the field requires food though so take that with you aswell, meds dehydrate you and make you hungry.
