I usually like to repair heavy armor(the expensive one variant to craft repair kit) for this but I'm pretty sure you can do with good medium armor. Just take some psy res pills for entrance and a lot of mil. stims for fighting monolith inside

just use the raw number, because BR3 is anything between 26 and 34 BR Class
