At 0.2% per game, you'd need to play 500 games to go from 0-100%. At 25 mins per game, 500 games would take 12,500 mins or 208.3 hours. Way too much of a time investment for a mid-tier rank. If that's how long it took to go from Legend 4 to Legend 5, I could understand that a bit more.

how did you guys learn to run point?

i've been averaging ~25pts/gm on a SG in gold/purple plate lobbies mostly off catch and shoot. my friend asked me to make a PG for his crew and it's honestly been miserable so far

Everyone plays PG differently. For me, I've got a Lamelo Ball build averaging about 15 and 10. I usually try to get the ball up safely without turning it over, even if that requires passing to a teammate at half court and having him pass it back to me so we can run the offense. From there. I typically like to do a lot of 5 out with drive and kick actions. Usually, if you drive in, people will collapse. And after the first few times where they see you pass out, they might stop collapsing, so you'll end up having wide open takes at the rim. If you've got a teammate who's good at setting screens, that can get you easy wide open looks by using escapes and behind the backs to get the defender caught on the screen. It's kinda lame, but it's effective. Another thing is having a few plays you can call for your team. One easy one is just to start the PNR at the top of the key, towards one of the wings, and have the SG on the other wing. Have the SG cut, and then you'll either have a wide open pass to the SG or a wide open man in the corner 90% of the time.

The annoying part with the dunk is sometimes when you let go of the stick on a meter dunk, it'll register the stick flinging back into place as another input bailing the dunk into a bad layup.

Yea I guess. In damn near all previous 2Ks you were able to start a layup animation then switch it by tapping your shoot button again but for some reason they wanted to remove it this year. Also the way you do euros they limited it to the bottom corner of the stick, which damn near always gives you the wrong thing. Just changing stuff for no reason

Does anyone know if they are gonna fix the problem we have when forming a squad? It takes more then 10 minutes to get 5 players to join the squad. The invitation goes trough PSN and not in game. Is there a fix to this?

Rec is my favorite mode and probably the best online 5v5 option for you. Proving Grounds and ProAM are ranked modes set to HoF difficulty, so not as chill. Then Starting 5 is like online MyCareer but people do a lot of cheese in there.

either rec or the theater for starters, those are the best 2 modes, sometimes you’ll find toxic teammates though in the rec and you’ll have to stick with them for the whole game, that’s the only downside

As soon as you do anything online you can run into toxic players. Just how it is with any competitive game.
