usually the settings try to put what you computer can handle i reccomend going into the settings and lowering some of the quality like crowd density and shadows you computer is quite good there is a bar above the settings menu that shows the amount of VRAM you will be using when you play the game id use that as a guide to gague what setting would eb good for your computer tbh id make the VRAM counter low as possible

I have a Guard build (86 ovr with max ball handle, speed with ball, speed and agility) but when I play park or things like that, I feel really heavy, cant do much on dribbling even tho I got good combos the defender can recover easily on me. as someone who shoots on high risk the latency is the least problem.

going from your average 45-60% shooting from 3 to 20% in games because scripts won't allow you to hit the ocean while being on a floating piece of wood is the biggest problem.

I rather have a bit of latency where I can adjust instead of 2k interfering in my gaming experience with their dirty paws.

well, its probably one of the biggest reasons I might not get 2k26, 2k interfering too often in online games. The other reason being them not being able to answer a simple question about All-Time Teams.
