You earn your badges by using them and every build is different so why would rebirth carry your badges from the first build over?
Rebirth starts your badges that can reach silver+ on silver and has improved badge progression. If you are ranked Vet 2 or higher your rebirth starts at 99 overall so all your badges will be done already.
