How long does it take for 2k support to unban someone? I was banned from 2k23 16 days ago for breaking the rules of the "code of conduct". They didn't specify which rule I broke I don't even think I broke any rules so I am quite clueless as to why I am banned. But anyway contacted 2k support the day I got banned and so far they have just said that they are looking into the suspension of my account and will reply to my e-mail when it's done. I have been constantly mailing with a guy in the 2k support office called Ming Ming and he says that they in the 2k support office have absolutely zero sight on how much progress they made. I feel 16 days is a bit insane to just check and see if my 2k account was correctly or not correctly banned. What do you guys think?
