2K League Rules:

• HOF Difficulty (Slightly Tweaked)
• 7 min quarters
• 22 Min player restriction anytime over will be a suspension
• No REAL SHOOTING %
• Sliders have been tweaked slightly for realism (TBD)
• Relocation is not allowed
• Rebranding of uniforms is not ALLOWED
• You MUST have a rotation, a bench is key. Your starters are not allowed to play the whole game.
• TANKING IS NOT ALLOWED…
• All trades must be approved by the commish board. (Majority Rules)

Offensive rules: Play-calling is allowed, but you have to switch up plays and not spam the same play.

• Freelance and Iso offense is good but must be mixed up.
• Don’t spam screens. Move the ball look for open looks instead of hoping for the best with spamming screens.
• No running 5 wide or cheesy MyTeam offenses
• No abusing players. Learn to use your whole team and make your offense realistic. Try to keep your shots with your superstar from 24-32 shots. We understand each situation is fluid and sometimes you need your SS to take over, but at the same time basketball is a TEAM sport so use them. (32 SHOT LIMIT MAX)

Defensive rules: Zone coverage is fine but it can’t be run for more than 50% of the game. If you are to run zone, you must use the defender closest to the ball at all times.

• Off-balling is NOT ALLOWED so we encourage Man-to-Man to avoid any conflicts. Pick and roll, fast breaks, and switches are understandable when trying to put your defenders in the right position to succeed.

2 TIMER RULE: If your opponent goes AFK without warning and 2 timers run out, you are good to take the win.

#🏆mynba Hey guys, I'm new to the discord but been playing NBA2K since 2K9 with a focus on the true to life game modes like MyLeague (on PS4) and MyNBA ERAs now (on PS5). I don't know where to provide feedback or whether everyone else has the same issue, but in NBA2K23 and now again in NBA2K24 when I select MyNBA, and ERA eg 80's, and select ROLE-PLAYING as my PRESET SETTING before entering the Main Hub of my GM Career, EVERY TIME I PLAY THIS MODE (for the most realistic GM experience) the 'TRUST' level drops so low (whether I'm winning or losing; and whether I complete tasks or not) that by the end of the season my staff has quit and I get FIRED. Any ideas on how to fix, or when the team at 2K is going to fix this? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you

and kevin McHale won 6th Man of the Year just like in real life LOL

We feel your pain for sure. It's so annoying. Everyday I check @zealous pumice "game feedback" and "issues tracker". And I keep seeing new entries for MyCareer, MyTeam, and some General issues. NEVER do I see ANYTHING for MyNBA, and even if I do, its some minor Eras fixes, but not the real stuff wrong with the mode. Nothing to fix the trust/relationship system, the sponsors, the not being able to pick pick-swaps in trade menu, trading draftees during draft night, can't extend rookie or staff contracts, cant offer your RFAs contracts during moratoriam because the system changes it to a qualified offer that you cant unselect, etc etc etc. So much sh*t that's wrong. I don't even think they're that complicated to fix in comparison to ther other issues that they jump right on

Unsure how my files been corrupted but I was going for a high score on Mygm and data's cooked it somehow, never had this happen before.

Anyway this can be fixed or do I have to start new I've had at least 60-70 hours into it and only at the end of season 3/5 and am being forced to start new.

Playing under user Bigjoocy I'm at the top spot with a current score of 3,464,998 but could have finished with a huge score with 2 full seasons of game play to play.

I will start fresh with a new season but will not touch the save files.

Obviously I've been doing MyERAs using the itsBP14 Roster for Magic Vs Bird 1983 & the Native_Yardie 1984 Draft class, I'm just working on any of the "Cpu Generated names" That Yardie didn't put in the drafted real players for Yet (he got like almost half of the 228 Players Drafted made including a good share of players drafted that never set foot on the NBA Courts in the season, if he updates the class (And any other classes) even more, that'll definitely help). • Coaching>Practice>Scrimmage - Court is not the custom court, should be your created custom court
• Front Office>Team Relocation>Design Arena Floor - Floor Patterns and Colors - “No Color” should be transparent so wood shows through, but instead it looks like it tried to color match the floor with a solid color that doesn’t match anything. Looks like all No color options do this, even in ProAm courts. Worked fine in 2K23.
• Coaching>System Proficiency - All players show up in the lineup, but if you right stick to the next team, the point guard image doesn’t show for any team, you have to go back (with circle and back in to see the current PG making them only viewable one time, then you need to reset for each team.

Hello! We have an ongoing NBA sim league using NBA 2k24 Next Gen. This league is free and there are no membership fees! Also you don’t need a console to play!

Here are the simulation rules:

1. The league is entering its 2nd season.
2. Injuries will be OFF.
3. Stepien Rule will be OFF.
4. Progressive Fatigue will be ON.
5. Team Chemistry will be ON.
6. 12 min quarters, 82 game season.

We are looking for GMs, Below is an overview of the position:

GM: You basically select a team and you’re responsible for trades, off-season transactions, setting rotations, schemes, etc. You share this information with the moderators and we input this into NBA 2k and run the sim.

Y'know what would be cool if they implemented. A feature that would allow you to start from any year you wanted and that would let you wipe history from the books. So like wilt's 100 point record, wipes. Three point records, assists , etc. Maybe you can keep the championships leading up to that year the same but it's annoying trying to make history when the record of 100 points that was never recorded sits up there.

Agreed. MyNBA with 30 users, chatting, talking trash, competing, etc is much more fun. A realistic league with daily challenges and ways to progress gives the game much more playability, IMO

Exactly. I sorta enjoy my team but even then they made it as to where you can buy myteam points which then gives you a way out of grinding and actually playing.
If they made the story interesting then maybe I'd play my career but with the decline of story telling and the price of vc going up, is making me opt out of my career.
Glad that they added eras, the mode is much better. Now if they fixed the roleplay settings, the training facilities, then I'd honestly just be buying 2k for mynba.

It's simple, you choose a team, from all the teams in real life, and you control it, from trades, to the extension of contracts, etc... and you play with that team vs other teams, such as you choose the lakers and you play like in real life vs pistons, boston, etc... only you don't play vs bots, you play vs players... and it's the same as in real life with a draft at the end of the season, play off, etc

VBA is a regular team up league with NBA rosters ran through discord. Been ran on xbox since 2K12. We currently play on Next Gen 2k24. We run through discord with a dedicated website for stats, news etc. We will be starting our first season soon starting with a draft combine before the draft. We are looking to branch out and add new members from playstation and xbox due to cross play being added in. We host weekend tournaments every weekend for cash prizes.
