We have released a hotfix update to resolve the issue that NBA 2K24 players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S were experiencing that caused MyPLAYER Badge progression to drop to Bronze level after games under certain conditions.

With this hotfix, Badge progression will no longer be reset. However, the Badges menu and Recent Trend graph visuals may continue to show reset progress. We have resolved a visual issue where some competitors’ GameScores were displaying incorrectly, appearing either much higher or lower than they should have been.

The leaderboard has been updated to reflect the correct scores, based on each player’s top 4 games. This fix also applies retroactively to games that had already been completed.
