Yeah I spam it a lot and it robs the people of their air specials when they try to just counter immediately with them on ledge. So then they try to di backwards and they escape but they fall to their death after being robbed of jumps and air specials especially if they have no more dodge.

Honestly I think Jason is so beautifully designed in regards to representing horror. I don't think he's as bad as people seem to think. Armor could be a little better. Though with how he's not gotten any big buffs they probably have some good data that keeps them buffing him.

Smith still combos the hell out of Jason to the point where I can definitely say it’s not in Jason’s favor. And Smith has a surprising amount of kill power in some of his moves and confirms. Sure Smith can’t deal with rage as easily as other characters, but the matchup is even at best

Without the buff, it's 1% on grab, 2% on first hit, 3% on second hit, then 9% on hit and launch, but with the buff you get 6% on grab, a stronger 3% on first hit, a weaker 2% on second hit, and the same 9% as before. It's weird that with the buff, the first and second hits trade damage values.

Smith neutral-attack when grounded is first active on frame 20 which is 333.3 ms repeating
Avg human reaction time is 250-270 ms faster human reactions can get up to around 180-200 ms.
So you either pay attention to when Smith rears his hand backs or listen for the bug sfx unique to this move.
You should be able to get out of the way when you see it.

This game seems to hate Jason, he's literally slow, there are barely any combos with him and on top of that he gets NERFED XD. He's the only tank that doesn't have armor on his attacks and his HITBOX IS BIG. Meanwhile Samurai Jack and Iron Giant are still OP
This game doesn't know how to balance its characters very well. I find it funny how Samurai Jack has enough things to defend himself and counterattack while Jason is a piñata like the Iron Giant but weaker.

I'm a Gold League player with Jason and honestly, he's quite complicated to play against when it comes to Harley, Samurai Jack or the worst of all, Tom and Jerry. The character being quite slow makes it very difficult to defend against quite fast and annoying characters like these.
I've been getting frustrated with this game lately, because besides the servers going down from time to time (THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THIS IN SEASONS 2) and the lag sometimes, the character balance leaves a lot to be desired.
