that game had settings in training mode where the ai was highly customizable
it had modes where it blocks everything, parries everything, ect
and there was a setting to turn on frame data in settings

I don't think I'm qualified to answer that, but generally the horse move (side B) and the up smash are usually my go to's. Very rarely, the side smash or up air will kill, which I felt was ridiculous that there was a stark lack of knock back in the moves, even for a Bruiser.
I think it was in the 130-140 range when kills start to happen.
I don't know the entire patch notes right now, but I would like for the House (down b) to not be out-prioritized by literally everything.
As for the air speed, I have no opinion in either direction.

1- Not gonna lie, jake doesn't have that much kill power, it needs a lot of reading or you need to do a heavy read to kill
2- Bite, up air 2 and sair
3- 120-130, it depends on the character obviously but it's weird to kill before that without a read
4- I will 100% buff sair, it is unfair to have a hurtbox in the arm when a lot of characters have long disjoints, and even characters from other game like min min doesn't have a hurtbox on the arms
5- He feels pretty slow, he was heavily nerfed from the beta and I feel like he is even slower than jason

Lack of priority is a strong way of saying one of Jake’s main issues. Although his stretchy stretchy gets strong LoP while in the air, entry point with Jake is a little concerning atm. I’m excited to see the buffs Jake has received. Results should be exciting.
One of the best characters for skill expression and creativity. Jake has a fun kit
Skateboard is in a strong state. Not as OP as beta. But feels good when connecting from a response time PoV. His jabs and sidekicks is what I believe should be checked. Jake air speed matching Taz air speed (or at least closer similarities should be considered). Just throwing ideas against the wall at this point… take what you will. 🫡💙
