Basically garnet hits a t pose. Her arms have hit boxes. Like a bigger finn up special. Except it's 1 constant hitbox and it sends forward and up even if they dodge and get hit by the further arm

A dodge in typically won't get you past that second arm

I do feel Garnet is better in 1s that 2s. Easier to control the flow. I don't think offers much that some of the other big brawlers like Supes or Adam can. But she can work with smart aggression. Try to never let your opponent have the screen for free.
