I have fps stutters & Freezes every second is very upsetting, and I don't understand why it does it. My friends doesn't have the issues - Or they have had a few times where they got a lag spike, but that only happended a few times, where my case happending constantly.
I do have a rtx 2080 graphic card, i7-9600k processor, 32 GB Ram, 2k Monitor, and much more. I'am only having issues in this game, and its totally understandable that this is closed alpha, and I really can't expect it to be perfect. I have had some kind of similar issuese in other games, such as sea of thieves - in sea of thieves, it didn't lagg, but slowly through time after updates, it got bad sometimes. I have had my computer to service many times, to check if it is the computer, but there is nothing wrong with it.
I think it is the optimization where something goes wrong. I don't know why it isn't happending for my friends - I'm often a magnet for problems and issues - Like my computer is good and all that, and I'am good to control my pc, but I do often get some uncommon and/or common bugs - Like I almost never miss out on them, which is quite unlucky and a bit annoying haha.
But yeah, I don't know if it could be because I have a 2k monitor or something I don't know. I have tried to switch settings and such, but it doesn't change anything sadly.
When I launched the game to begin with, it had this common bug ( which also happends in other games), where it scales my background apps, and some windows icons and such, down, and making them move a bit to the side - I think its a bug for 2k monitors, or atleast mine, because it happends often in other games. Like 2k resolution works totally fine, but there is a few bugs who makes other apps be messed up, and sometimes a restart of the computer, is the only solution to fix that.

I am having some issues with movement when using a controller. Often when i quickly turn around my character after sprinting, and then let go of the joystick, instead of staying in that position, the character will automatically turn around. This really messes with the gameplay, as i often do this to quickly turn around and do a neutral move, but the move ends up going the opposite way. At first i thought it might just be my controller having issues, but this does not occur in any other game. I use a Xbox One Controller if that helps at all.
