A second email was sent out shortly after with the correct link that will bring you to the WB Games Account website where you can redeem your code. you go on beta management, click on the multiversus, and it should allow you to choose a platform there. you would pick xbox. it gives u a different code that u have to redeem on the xbox store, which would then let u download it

One of the mods mentioned that there should be a second identical email to that one and if you use gmail, there should be a small "..." in the bottom left of the email. If you click it, it should reveal it if you cant see it

There was a bug in certain set of emails that went out earlier this week that caused this. We resent to everyone. Please recheck your email accounts for a 2nd communication. Certain email clients may thread them so make sure to* expand any communications from MultiVersus.
