i won a set and got 15 rp and i needed like 10 to rank iup and then i won and got 19 but it just removed all the points i gained from previous set, then i won again and it gave me 17 and removed the points from the match where i won 19
and then i reopened my game and i now its back to the original number before i got the 15 rp

there has been this bug in the game for MONTHS now, ive reported it offically several times and saw that other people are expiriencing it as well but ig thats not enough, some players physically cant buy anything ingame (characters or otherwise) for example I cant even claim the free daily reward. I always get the "zoink! no overlay" message (in the past it was "ruh roh, purchase error". this ruins the game for a lot of people and I havent been able to get a new character since launch (excluding jason and jack because intrestingly i can still buy the battlepass)

I'm not sure what's occurring, but during gameplay the game will just stop accepting inputs from my controller, like inputs are just frozen and my character will proceed to continually walk off until all stocks are gone.

This controller works on other games (I've triple checked at this point) and is an xbox one controller plugged into my PC.

I've not gathered what causes this issue at all other than literally on a whim

Whenever I use the "Let's shake on it" Joker neutral attack, it doesn't always seem to work as intended. Sometimes, characters who use a dash attack override my attack or even when they use a regular attack it overrides and both of us seem to take damage without the animation showing itself properly.

Not sure if it's a bug but falling through platforms sometimes just doesn't work. I'm holding down ready to fall through and use my dair which results in me landing on the platform and doing my ground down attack. The missions that require Play x ranked games with x class cannot be completed if someone ragequit the ranked game (from your side or the rival side), that game doesn't count as played.
8 games required means that it can involve up to 24 games!! and if you add ragequits in most ranked games, that make those missions hard and very very very frustrating to do.

Match randomly freezing? Can't escape, do anything except alt+f4? This has happened twice since the patch. If I don't alt+f4, the game eventually crashes with "An Unreal process has crashed: UE-Multiversus" (I am playing Beetlejuice VS. Bugs in this most current match, can't remember the last matchup.)

  • 50/50 chance of it actually returning Agent Smith's grab clone projectile. Very often, it just sends back a big empty bubble sans clone. Is this working as intended?

I encountered a bug.
I was fighting a beetlejuice with taz, I ate beetlejuice with taz's neutral attack at the same time beetlejuice attacked me.
At this moment the cameras zoomed in on my character and I no longer saw the surroundings even after being knocked out.

The new event "Crisis in Townsville" requires you to complete rift objectives in the "Experienced" difficulty...

But that difficulty isn't there, and instead we only have "Looney" difficulty! The hardest one available, where I don't even wanna attempt to see if the objectives even count towards the event!

I hope this is addressed via a patch today.

Giving toasts can sometimes take either a millisecond or like 20 seconds. It'd be fine if you could pick "Give Toast" and leave the menu before it finished and it'd still give it, but it just cancels it instead. It's annoying because I try giving toast to everyone as a way of saying gg, but because of that bug, it seems like I'm salty and leaving instantly instead

Alright, I'm going to try my best to explain this. Jason has a dodge bug. It's very easy to replicate in training mode.

  1. Face to the left (or right)
  2. Do a grounded up attack
  3. Dodge the opposite way you were facing from while the ned is still showing in the attack (if you were facing left, dodge right. if you were facing right, dodge left)

You will now dodge the opposite towards the way you were facing, despite trying to dodge the other way. Not only that, but the dodge distance is much shorter than normal

Where do I go to post screenshots to expose WB Games support for withholding items that I earned in the beta? I earned the Pumkin Spice Ringout from watching Twitch streams in 2022. I have screenshots that prove that a support member helped put them in my account back then because the stream drops didn't get added to my inventory, so the agent had to do it manually because I fulfilled the watch tien requirements. I have provided those screenshots to the support team today, yet they refuse to give me back my Pumkin Spice Ringout.

Your only shot at getting your stuff back is just putting them on blast across all possible media/platforms. If you try to keep going about it the "nice" way, all they'll do is keep giving you the run around, gaslighting you, and/or flat out ignoring you.

More importantly, assuming you've been trying to resolve the issue since the game re-released, you should report them to the gov site that was floating around a short while ago during that gaslighting email debacle for fraud.

Upon every single relaunch of the game, my account is seemingly reset to a 'first time login' state where I am re-asked to accept the EULA, I'm given all of the "Introducting Perk Points, Introducing Fighter Currency, etc." prompts again, and my controls and all settings are reset to their defaults. My characters and all unlockables are completely unaffected, only the things mentioned above. It is incredibly annoying not being able to have my controls or game settings tuned to how i like them because of this, and it is actively affecting my gameplay experience and enjoyment of the game. I made 2 bug reports which were ignored for weeks, and upon making a support ticket and being told to make a 3rd bug report I was ignored once again. I would like some ACTUAL help for once, as I have received none so far. The support team is certainly not putting players first

Did the season 3 update not happen today as planned? I'm on PS5, have checked for an update and it says I have the latest version, but I've got nothing new in the actual game, actually next to nothing at all. No new rifts, no new missions, the only news item scrolling at the top left is to join the discord, etc. Seems like season 3 just didn't come through at all. Game crashes when loading up a match - Checked the error logs and it's a memory issue.

Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000

Steps to reproduce is simply find a match, it's happening in 2v2s regularly (haven't tried 1s). There's a null pointer somewhere that's being attempted to be used and that's why it crashes.

So my studies shown the reason I can't log in has something to do with my wb account as I logged in under a different wb account and game loaded in just fine as soon as I swith to my main account the game won't load

PPG Side attack is broken if you swap Neutral/Side on ground Jab wont go past jab 1 unless you neutral then slide forward slow enough to not get a side attack

When I try to purchase any of the new characters (Agent Smith, Samurai Jack, Beetlejuice) with a Fighter Ticket, I get an error code that says "ZOINKS! NO OVERLAY AVAILABLE!"

I'd really like to get those characters, but it won't let me.

its kinda crazy because they've had time sensitive events where you had to wait a few days before you could play a new character. Now they just don't care about people not being able to play the game lol this is outrageous
