Yes. Just because you get a skin that turns iron giant into nemesis, doesn't mean you get the summer variant that the mod has without having purchased the summer skin for iron giant.

you do realise that any variant will not be reliant on having the skin variant? I can literally watch the tutorial on the modding discord as to how to apply any skin I want to the base skin of the character model. I do not need to purchase a skin, I could in theory just apply it to the vanilla skin. The people who are creating skins applied only to the skinned variant locked behind buying it will find that their skins do not get used very much. Thats all I have to say on that.

At the end of the day, modding is always going to exist. There is nothing WB can do to stop it. But at a certain point, they will weed out the normal people who are generating hype, fun, and enjoyment of the game in the modding community and keeping the malicious users who will continue to essentially cheat or take skins that don't/do exist.

The problem with the mods was that people were making skins of the ones in the game to avoid paying I saw it with Harley plus why buy skins when you can mod it in. The mods were cool to watch but for a free to play game to survive I understand why they are got rid of it

The latter of which is just devoid of a supportive modding group that would otherwise improve your sales, increase player counts, create replay value, and retain players for that matter.

Depends what you are trying to play on. Consoles this seems to be a more common issue and best advice is to make sure you use an ethernet connection and not just wifi. Also what region since Asia has no native servers yet and so if you are in a region that'd be sonsidered Asia you dont have a server to login to

Well at current there is no priority system, just whose hitbox hits first. Bugs as a lot of disconnected hitboxes which means he just flat out outranges her in many situations, but I find that a lot of bugs don't really know what to do if you wave dash in while they try to spawn a safe/rocket and disrupt it and just bap them in the face.

I'd suggest practicing advanced concepts on Shaggy first. He's really straight forward and good for practicing the games basics and more advanced stuff. He's probably not the best to go with long term but he's very good for getting the idea down anyway.

Well best general advice is to watch a character tutorial for whoever you are using and then practice their combos in The Lab. You rack up damage by knowing your characters kit and being able to pull off and string together their combos. It just takes practice and finger discipline.

@ancient moat I bought the founder's pack premium edition too. I would suggest saving up gold for perks and other things that may interest you down the line. I'm mainly stacking gold for now. And if I decide I want to play with a character, then buying it. But trying it out in the lab first sometimes, before purchasing to see if I want to use a token or not. Trying to save majority of my character tokens and stack a lot of gold for right now. But it's all up to you, make sure to have fun with the purchase it did cost a good amount after all 🙂

Yeah it can if used right. Some characters get armor during some wind up attacks and armor break can...well break that armor and allow you to knock them out of it before they can use said attack.

So rather then need to hit 2-3 times to disrupt their attack you fully charge and break their armor and disrupt in one

There is no grounded side button there is a grounded side*** input.*** That's 2 buttons. What is it even trying to say

Well what it means is that it switches those inputs. So if you do it and switch your side neutral and basic neutral when you hit the neutral button itself you'll get the side neutral and if you side neutral you'll get the neutral.

What conditions lead players to choose either option?

Some characters true combo is set up better with their side but you risk breaking it by moving slightly to far so you switch it to your base neutral so you don't risk messing up the follow through by moving out of position or such. I'd considered it an advanced play option specific to whoever you are playing and only if having that input switched flows the combo you are trying for better. So a very advanced play situational option.

Yes. Not every characters side special is good for flowing into a more extended combo and some players might not be ready to try to adjust in the way to try to flow a combo extension.

I have it on specials and it's good to effortlessly hit a special without button additional button press (or neutral if you have it set to that) but as you said if you aren't use to utilizing it it doesn't matter since in the heat of the fight you aren't going to think to use it

It kind of depends on who you want to use since more generalized guides will just tell you the....well basic idea behind a concept but not how a specific character actually utilizes it

Iron Giant has lousy recovery if off stage and also very vulnerable from above. There are some stages where he has a greater advantage then others like Trophy's EDGE 2 or Scooby's Manion (when the platforms are down) because you don't have the room to avoid his down special as easy but good news is they have made it easier to bop him out of some of his bigger, sweeping moves like that. So use your speed, hit him from above and hit him with ranged.

Rank is indeed bugged. I've heard that if you play multiple characters only if you play your highest ranked one will it actually move. Or something like that. For instance I have several lvl 15+ characters but my highest ranked is arya and it seems only games played with her actually do anything as far as moving my rank
