For the Batman rift, I'm here to remind you that the nodes requiring a Batman 85 skin does include a mission for the second node that requires you to win as a Villainous character. Since the only Villainous character that has a Batman 85 skin is Agent Smith, that means you have to own the Agent Smith Batman 85 skin to get all of the stars needed that requires a Batman 85 skin for both the rift and the event. This is just a heads up for anyone trying to do the rift event.

The prizes aren't great but I think in terms of how it's run this event is a step in the right direction. Way better than the 20XX one at least, it's pretty doable to get an event boosted variation here just from playing.

And pretty much all the things in the store are buyable with event currency, even if it's a little dumb to limit how many of the special coins you can buy.

So there is event XP, Event currency, and event Tokens.

Now tokens are limited to 5.
and XP goes on as long as the event bar goes.
But is currency limited? Is there a way to farm the currency?

If I could make one major improvement to this event it would be to just skip condensing the currency into special coins, and just make everything cost a higher amount of event currency.

The conversion seems like a pointless middle step.

All batman skins should've counted, including the graphic tees (not the joker tees, though). Missed opportunity to garner some goodwill from the playerbase

You're not wrong, but I think the point is for event costumes to effect the event itself.

The way the 20XX event was run burnt out my goodwill considerably, so while this isn't perfect I do think it's much better.

That event only had about 1/4 of the store even buyable with event currency and it wasn't really feasible to get an event boost costume without spending money.

Like don’t get me wrong, in my case I’m able to get what I want/need.

• Samurai Batman was one skin I didn’t have yet so I can get him.
• And I get Smith’s variant so I can complete the new rift.

But for those that aren’t in my situation, it feels kinda unfortunate considering the big selling point of this event was that you can get some of Batman’s variants with Event currency.

So now instead of getting the freedom to buy any skin you missed out on with your well earned currency, you’re now FORCED to pick and choose from what ya want.

And knowing that a lot of folks probably wanted to get both the legendary skins, I can totally understand how frustrated they may feel when they realize they now have to decide which one to get and which one to skip out on.

Hey! You should definitely get a bat skin. You get 2x battle pass exp, character exp, and everything exp. As well as 200 bat coins per match win and 100 per loss. Just grind matches while using the skin and you'll have enough to get the animated skin. I got the Samurai skin yesterday by farming matches with that skin and completing the missions and rifts.

I personally got Banana Guard and used that side special combo each match. Did some 2s and 1s and got it. I calculated that you'd need 80 matches won or 160 lost to get the Batman skin, and that's excluding the missions and events and daily rewards.

The Batman 85th Event is also really generous with it's XP Points. Spent the whole night grinding on the same rift battle, and I nearly got all the tiers unlocked.

I have just one more tier on the event to reach, which will reward 2,500 coins.

Afterwhich, there will be a Daily Login i the event where the 10th day will award 800 Coins.

There is also the Batman 85th Missions (that will refresh in 5 days), in which some missions give 1,000 coins each.

So, we'll have plenty of opportunities before this event is over after at least 40 days when the coin shop closes.

Personally, I'd choose BTAS Batman for the easy 4 credits. Samurai Batman comes off as being worth the 2KG.

Last 2 updates it crashed and glitched a lot. Finally reinstating it fixed 90% of issues. We'll see.

AFAIK, it only gives gem exp if it's beaten for the first time or if it's one of the daily rift nodes. Same amount of exp as any other node in that rift/difficulty, and despite needing gems from previous seasons to complete it, you still only earn gem exp for the current rift/season

Still some glaringly strong characters compared to others but glitches are less for sure

Events are way better than season 1 also

Player base is pretty solid I think, there were like 70,000 players in 1v1 ranked this season and probably more if you count 2v2 and unranked players

Some people do still have crash issues, though. Not sure why

very rare crashes, servers got better ssome charcters got alt better, some to good but not to bad, the game feels alot better to play with the new machanics like tech and the airdoge jumps, player base kinda good , i would recomend giving a shot again
