Where do I go to post screenshots to expose WB Games support for withholding items that I earned in the beta? I earned the Pumkin Spice Ringout from watching Twitch streams in 2022. I have screenshots that prove that a support member helped put them in my account back then because the stream drops didn't get added to my inventory, so the agent had to do it manually because I fulfilled the watch tien requirements. I have provided those screenshots to the support team today, yet they refuse to give me back my Pumkin Spice Ringout.

No, that's not the issue. I have asked them countless times, and they won't add them back to my account. Back in 2022, the drops didn't work right, so the agent had to manually put them in my account. Today, I have provided screenshots showing that interaction and proving that I had the items, but WB will not help me no matter how many times I email them. The keep saying they see nothing missing from my account, even though I have shown them irrefutable proof thay I did in fact have those items. No matter what, they close the ticket each time. It's wrong. They promised we would get to jeep the items we had in beta
