1. The show first came out in 2017 and going by Steve Universe with 2013, I don’t think it’s that big of a difference imo
2. Even with the show not out globally (and with it trying to go out globally too) I think it can be a good rep of the Latin America side of CN and a great modern CN Rep too
3. Even though Black Hat kinda doesn’t do as much in his series, he does have things to take from to make him feel like the lord of darkness for MultiVersus and if anything, I’ fine with using Dr. Flug or Demencia since they have more moves seen in the show
   Yo just watch the show and you’ll see how much of a beast he is (he bullies Aku from Samurai Jack like damn!)

I’ve seen a few episodes back around it’s first release, since I’m hispanic I understood the Spanish dub it had. tbf, beyond a certain skill level it's pretty even, but for the sake of expressing my inner hatred, it's obviously Superman. He is complete ape-mode on stage just essentially pressing buttons and immediately dodging, because why wouldn't you, he's essentially unpunishable. And when you thought his neutral was wildly unfair, wait until you find out how comically easy it is for him to kill you off-stage, or even just in disadvantage. I’ve ran into a lot of spammers, cheesing, running from one end of the stage to the other, running and no attacking, using stages to your advantage to cheese a win, so I say a method for each character is no skill. Having to cheese or spam your way to victory is abysmal to me. I used to think bugs took no skill required to just hit up air and win but since the nerfs he’s been a lot easier to deal with. I’ll have to agree with @fickle whale at this point besides Batman. Superman is the best 1 v 1 character. People complain about harley loops but hers don’t even kill you they just rack up damage. Superman can do a loop and actually kill you. He can basically combo drag you all the way off stage and throw you into the blast zone or just nair you, his combos legit carry you all the way off stage, laser, grab is easy to deal with and he has the best armor and movement speed in the game. I find it wild that Superman can basically continue to dodge so quickly and move so quickly being the tank he is and kill you at like 40 with a charged armor move. I beat Superman’s alot so this isn’t me complaining but answering the question as to a character that definitely has an upper advantage

but many moves are very weak too
so kinda balanced

very low damage for her supers

they need to be very need the edge to get them knocked out by the bomb

so you need to be like an opportunistic player

catch them in the right moment

This is very true. The celebration is “spend money”. Kinda sad cause the game felt showered with love at first sight when you see the animations, voices and whatnot. Been feeling a lot less of it lately
