The scam happens in DMs when the right person is baited, essentially it's often an account with not a lot of activity posting art they supposedly "made for a client".

You gotta hang in a lot of art servers to start recognising them ngl, but it's often an account with a first name + last name as the username, often with the latest easy to grab avatar decoration to make it look real, just joined the server, pronouns are in (always She/Her for some reason) and their description tends to have something like "putting my passions on canvas 🖌️" and stuff like that. They will always start their messages in the channel with "just made this piece for a client ! Feedback is appreciated" (they always ask for feedback. Idk why but they do) and then quickly mention their commissions are open. Always the same spiel, gets pretty repetitive and incredibly easy to spot once you notice it
