hello, I have found that it is possible to give Subnautica plants in BZ but some of them grow without any problem while others grow up to 99 percent and then disappear, strangely when I look in the pots the game considers that the plant is still there.
Does anyone have an explanation?

Did it not save, or did it get stuck trying to save?
Reason being, there is a rare but unfortunate bug that can happen, where the game stops loading in the parts that make up the world, and so it can’t finish saving the game. You have to force quit, hope you’d saved not too long ago, and that the save still works after that.

At least it sounds like you still have your save, so I’d say that’s good overall

If you go to the ||Leviathan greenhouse nearest to the wreck by the purple vents you will find cracks in the ocean surface that you can take your truck down thru. You'll know its the right one becuz when you get to the bottom again there will be a tech station, lava vents and you will beable to navigate around there taking you to the old lady base and the crystal cave just over 100 M each. ||My perferred way to enter both areas. Very safe.
