a thing I hope gets changed or updated is how some leviathans react with obstructions and line of sight
the collector ||by the tadpole pens is easily jukeable by starting aggro and hiding inside the base where aggro will then be disabled which very quickly turns a somewhat scary and intimidating leviathan very plain so it would be fun if the leviathan had more ways to try and get you if you are hiding in places where it cant see you but saw you go into||

I had a problem launching subnautica 2. For some reason it does not respect my dedicated GPU without launch args, and defaulted to integrated graphics. Setting just DRI_PRIME=0 to pick my bigger dedicated GPU also did not work. I had to do DRI_PRIME=0 DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (RADV GFX1201)" %command% to even start this game, with two dedicated AMD GPUs and AMD CPU.

Batteries: ||For batteries you need to knife the thing that gives you the healing gele right under your lifepod.||
Lucifer Rotsac: ||Can be found On top of plants, is glowing orange||
Lithium: ||is In caves in the heat zone||
Gold: ||is In caves in the heat zone, also accasionaly on the floor||
Sulfur: ||go to "Blackbox - Zip" cave.||
Alien Enamel: ||Theyre the tusks found on the rock, and those are found at the needlers nests which are Straight East from the lifepod.||
Salt: ||in the heat zone & in rock spire caves.||
Necrolei Cyst: ||About 250 Meters northwest from the lifepod in the blue biom, can be harvested from ontop of the small blue plants.||

Hey everyone! I’m trying to get Subnautica 2 running on my M2 Mac using Parallels Desktop, but I’m hitting a wall with launch errors. I was wondering if anyone has found a specific launch argument or configuration to bypass this.

The Problem:
Whenever I try to launch the game, it crashes or fails with RHI (Render Hardware Interface) errors.

What I’ve tried so far:

Using -dx11 or -d3d11: I get the error: "Unable to launch with RHI 'DirectX 11' since the project is not configured to support it."

Using Vulkan: I get the error: "Unable to launch with RHI 'Vulkan' since the project is not configured to support it."

System Specs:

Hardware: Apple M2 Silicon

Software: Parallels Desktop (latest version)

OS: Windows 11 (ARM) VM

@spice zenith Hey you told me yesterday that I don’t need multiplayer/ essentials Xbox game pass to connect to twitch… but that is the thing that solved it. Immediately after buying everything went to how it looks on everyone else’s screen. So linking to twitch and seeing the news on the menu is linked to multiplayer ability and on Xbox required an additional at least $9.99 a month in addition to the game. I’m glad we figured it out but I’m still a bit disappointed in the solution

HI, somehow i managed to break my quickbar (i suppose it's somehow related to game crashing my entire pc on multiple occasions) now both 1-5 selection and mousewheel selection of those slots doesn't work. I tried basically everything that i could think off to fix it (death, opening and closing inventories and pda, geting in and out of habitat, using ladders and so on, don't really have moth yet so i didn't try getting in and out of vehicle). Checked if they work fine on a new save, and yes, they work just fine there. Now for the main question, can i fix that somehow without resorting to starting new game? (also skimmed discrord for said issue and seems i'm not alone, but i didn't find any fixes for said issue)
