basically, build a foundation then use it to release the MVB so its upside down. the game doesnt let you interact with MVB if in water, however, this is easy to fix by building a multipurpose room, shove yourself into a corner and build a locker where you're standing. this glitches you out. use the mvb to build the rocket platform (I had to find a spot where the platform gets stuck on terrain, otherwise it flips itself, then build the rest of the rocket
