Then you will probably need to come back when you have it. You can scan boxes on seabed of grassy plateaus to get the laser cutter

Because going from that direction, you will have to open a door with the laser cutter to get to the living quarters and prawn bay

Also there are wrecks in grassy plateaus you can find laser cutter fragments in sometimes. The big wreck near lifepod 17 is the one I usually go to, that has several laser cutters you can scan as well, but there’s lots of open cargo boxes with laser cutter fragments scattered all over the grassy plateaus (red grass biome)

Have you been to sparse reef? Or jellyshroom caves? Those have shale outcrops (rocks) you can break for a chance to get diamonds. You have to check deeper part of sparse reef (lifepod 19 is a good marker for that). Jellyshroom caves has an entrance right next to lifepod 17 if you’ve not been there

It's growing because you also have the solar panel, and the combined output is more than water filtration and idle scanner room energy use. During night the bioreactor starts to go down

now that you mention it you're right it's going up because the scanner room is off

now i turned it on and it's not going up

What you use for biofuel doesn't affect the speed of bioreactor, only how often you need to refill

You’ll likely need more power generation because water filtration is a power hog
