The specifics of the last one are complicated.

For instance I'm pretty sure a shark that is killed by a tiger plant won't respawn.

Because NotifyCreatureDeathsOfCreatureAttack is called by specific things. Notably GasPod, MeleeAttack, ShockerMeleeAttack.OnTouch(), the zap for the last one. But no ranged attack there.

I remember testing the tiger plant to make sure I didn't miss anything in the code.

I saw someone say you cant really kill them because they just teleport but Im not sure if thats true

You can inflict more damage than their max hp before they get away, making them play a different animation, but it doesn't seem it makes a difference

The area is just as crowded with them after half a minute

Devs supposedly said you can kill them exactly like that, but ''other warpers may want to take the dead warpers' place''
