I'll answer it here: You gotta head to the front-ish of the ship (where a chunk of it is missing) You can stay near the surface, you'll find a "hole" to get inside. But uh, just make sure you got your scanner, seaglide, a flashlight, extra food and water, fire extinguisher, and ideally a propulsion canon (it'll help inside with boxes that block the entrances/exits) but Im told it's not a necessity
