if you don't want to reload a save, but don't mind using the dev console, you could probably teleport through the floor and grapple back in bounds (i don't know if this works or not)

dev console disables acheivements btw so keep that in mind

No commands, u open the console that shows u biomes, go to one of the tabs that has the world debug thingy and then reload "low"
