I can travel ~200 meters with a hight capacity o2 tank, the level 2 one, I have 2 in inventory one used and a backup, when you get a ultra-hight capacity o2 tank you can keep a hight capacity one too, that gives you enought for atleast 600meters, idk if it is enought depending where you are and if you find a brain coral

Is it possible to "split" power sources between different parts of a base? I have a thermal reactor down in a crevasse and my base built a little ways above it, with my moonpool a little ways above the base to be above the crush limit. I've been able to power my base using a chain of transmitters, but can't get power to my moonpool.

The small edible fish are less active at night, so you could gather food while staying in relative safety near your pod. Pda will also notify you of sulfur deposits when you find a suitable cave; there should be some near the starting area

MAKE THE WORLD BIGGER MAKE THE AREAS MORE OPEN PLEASE the areas being large and open makes the world feel bigger, especially in scary places like the blood kelp zone or the grand reef (and the lost river ofc) in below zero it's way to cramped.
Also we want giant leviathans, the whole scary part was how big they were and how helpless you are against them. Seeing the ghost leviathan and the sea dragon for the first time is super scary and if they where small that would really take away the fear factor.
The lost river having the giant fossils and the tree that ghost leviathans come from makes the game way better imo. In below zero the leviathans are way smaller which at some point makes them way less scary

I've played it a few times, but I've never seen one of my time capsules. Sometimes some of the other players seem to come back, but rarely have I really seen a useful time capsule. only once have I seen two batteries and a repair device, often cooked fish or water.

If you were unconscious, let’s say, and fell overboard from a ship or something, the shock of hitting the water might be enough to awaken you. But the shock of water entering your airways would certainly be a big deal (ever chocked on water going down the wrong way? it feels AWFUL and you spit and gag and cough for minutes because it’s a rather violent reflex to clear the airway of any fluid). You’d have to be pretty comatose, such as from a major traumatic brain injury or something, to not respond to water entering the airways (but it certainly could happen, say in a major accident at sea, like a boating collision or whatever)

Scan for the loot, find it with the camera, then go to the camera

it allows you to see what the room is scanning for outside of the room itself, so you can swim to where it’s at and collect it. without it the room kinda sucks 🧍🏼‍♀️

It's still functional if only one is in the prawn, also you can turn off the prawn lights by taking out the left power cell
