I think I found some parts of arms for Prawn in Wreck located West more or less alike those directions I pointed you at - do some searching around it but beware cause Reaper is circulating around you often plus some smaller things also hungry xD

Are you sure you ate all from the island? There's a separate 'garden' area slightly away from the base. If you did, bulbo trees work file for food/water source and plenty of them grow on both islands. Also lantern trees are quite plentiful in floating island

I don't know what platform you're on, so I don't know the button you use, but you press a button to open up your "battery menu". There you can either scroll to the X and pop the battery out to charge, or you can add a new one in, adding the old to your inventory.
You either need to create a new battery, or charge your old dead one in a battery charger you make using the habitat builder.
