If there is restrictions, change the vpn (if you have one) to another location and keep trying, the best connections work better than the bad ones.

i used to get constant bsods while playing despite not having any performance issues and i just had to limit my fps to 60 rather than 144

First part is the resource that is just there. There are some in the ending areas. Then you have the number of deposits, the number of times they break, and what they gave you (one or two pieces). Then the number of resource you get from the outcrops, and for the titanium the (...) * 4 are the metal salvages in the game. As each gives you four titanium ores.

Besides power transmitters cannot connect two bases to each other; they connect solar panels or thermal plants to one base
