If your solar panel is at the surface and on day light, it will produce 1.25 energy per second to charge its 75 battery. If that battery is the one being drained, it will keep up as the water filtration machine uses 0.85 energy per second.

After load, your bioreactor is drained first, it won't keep up.

As it produces 0.833 energy per second.

So your total power will decrease.

Until it reaches 75.
