new to using 7tv, but couldn't find anything in the settings, wondering if there's something on my end causing issues with the moderation sliders. After a random amount of time, this black bar will appear over them. While standard user messages work just fine, users that have been marked as suspicious seem to "override" the sliders. In some instances I can't use them at all, in other instances it'll react to one well below (in the screenshot above, I was attempting to slide the top one, while it was the bottom one that moved). This has happened on multiple channels I mod, it doesn't seem to be tied to one specific stream.
This is an absolutely amazing feature as a mod so I'd like to keep it, but unfortunately I can't forego twitch's suspicious user setting. If it's relevant, browser info is also attached.

generally this is an issue because 256KB for a gif is extremely restrictive

it's plenty for an image in WEBP/AVIF formats, most emotes on 7TV comfortably sit below 256KB even at the largest size. But as soon as you convert to a gif it'll usually balloon to megabytes, since gif sucks

it must be public to be found in the front page. if you provide someone with the link to that emote they can add it if it isnt public. to be apporved just depends on weather or not a mod is checking the queue. in my experience it about 1-30 mins

is there more criteria behind the scenes besides the straight up file size number? I keep getting the error that the filesize cap is 2.5 mb when the gif I am trying to upload is quite clearly below that.
I finally got it to work after cranking compression on the gif up to the max to get it down to 2.14 mb so I think it's either rounding up or the limit isn't actually 2.5

what you're uploading probably doesn't fit. The limit is 2.5 MB
there's no proper feedback if it fails on the current UI so if it's taking ages you can assume it failed

I've had this weird "bug" for a while where no matter what, the Caret navigation in my Twitch chat will stay in a "neutral" position, regardless of me typing a word. Meaning that I'll inevitably type the word in reverse.
As well as my Grammarly has been acting up on Twitch, which I believe is due to the issue stated above ^^
