Any chance someone could remove them from the set, as I don't think it's possible for me to do that. Most problematic is the one which has an alias I want to use for another emote.
I know these were caused by the origins feature, I've disabled it a while ago. It would be nice if I don't have to create a new emote set and move all emotes over manually.

I got a question regarding the 7TV Paints/colors. As far as I've heard, we get the new colors with our resub, is that right? I just heard that users got the colors after their resub. If that is so, that's pretty unfavorable for me and i don't think I'm the only one. My resub was on January 6, and the new colors weren't there yet. I haven't received them yet either. Does that mean that I won't get the colors until February 6, and then new colors will arrive a few days later and I'll have to wait another month for them again? That would not be good.

Is there anyway you guys can be more transparent to your customers who pay every month? Very vague answer with most people not having the paints they paid for. It’s the 15/16th now… well into the month with little to no information… but you guys make sure to take that money!!!

We lost one of our main dev that use to distribute paints every months, him leaving created issues in the backend that we've been fixing the last few weeks, at the same time we're trying our best to distribute the paints as fast as possible there was a miscommunication that caused us to be late on the paints distribution.
The devs were missing information, and didn't know we had to manually distribute the paints to current subscribers.

New subscribers actually do get it right away as they subscribe.
The new dev thought that it would also mean current subs would get the paints automatically but weren't aware that it wasn't how it worked, I had to inform them this weekend that we needed to manually give them to current subscribers so since this weekend they've been working on a script to give it to every users, They are also automating it so we don't have the same issue again.

Hope this info helps other people coming in here asking.

Interesting, I gave it access again to Twitch, and chat appears to be working correctly, but it still shows history for a tiny bit before it gets cleared and live chat fills up the window as normal

Might be, but also, go into your 7TV and double check that your emote page has Twitch ticked, I had this issue once before. (This solved it for me, if not for you, I think mods would know best, hope this helps!)

Usually it can take up to a week but we try to approve the queue super regularly.
You can still use the emote though, even if the emote is unlisted, make sure you have unlisted emotes shown in the settings and add it to your channel.

I am a moderator for a Chilean streamer. We have been using only 7tv for emotes because we love their platform. The thing is, she recently created her account and started streaming, and her chat revolves around the emotes. However, we've been constantly removing and adding emotes due to the limited slots available. I asked some mods, and they mentioned that at some point, she would get the 1000 slots. I am reaching out internally to ask if it's possible to add the slots to her account.
