And again the set was made 30 min before i posted that. It’s not impossible that they were deleted again, but i think its unlikely

And i dont know how to remove the extra deleteduser emotes because clicking them takes me to a page that doesnt work, and the trashcan just says it was deleted

I've encountered this issue with the latest 2 year badge for about a month now and I cant figure out whats causing the image to break

• Using MS Edge (Version 120.0.2210.91 (Official build) (64-bit))
• Tested accessing this page via InPrivate to rule out clashing extensions, still nothing.
• Unistalled FFZ and tried both the Stable and Nightly versions of 7tv.
• Cleared Cache/Cookies.
  I understand it appears that the 2+ year badges animate (kinda cool) so i thought there was an issue with Edge handling that, but the 2.25 yr badge appears oddly enough. The other badges in the image attached dont. I have tried this with Firefox and it works fine, however it's not my preferred browser. In Twitch chat it just displays the Image text with the broken icon next to it. Just wondering if this bug/issue is known and might have a fix?

I messed up my account linkings on my 7tv user. Pls help. My discord user has become the primary link, and when I link the twitch acc. to it, it shows basically a new profile. In a desperate attempt to fix it myself, I tried to sub from the (new) twitch account and then link discord to it, but they seem to be 2 separate accounts now. FYI, "Personal Emotes" are emotes that you can have in your "Personal Emote Set" and you can use it in any channel you like, think of it as your very own 7tv Global Emotes.

Just because they are not approved as Personal Emote, doesn't mean they are not approved for general use. If said emote is approved for public listing (not to be confused with approved for personal use), any channel would be able to search it up and enable it in their own channel.

And even if they are not approved for public listing, you can still sent your emotes around via link for others to enable it in their channel.

Hello, since yesterday i noticed that there is a conflict between FFZ and 7TV. It started with the chat clearing himself (2 messages only visible), so i tried to reinstall 7TV since he was the one bugging (even the menu extension doesn't show properly).
It didn't change anything, and now while FFZ is disabled, the 7TV emotes won't work either... so now i just have ffz working but i can't see the best emotes in the chat 😢 Pls help me

The purpose of personal emotes isn't so that people can use their own emotes everywhere. Low-viewer affiliate streamers will do that, and in general I think people find it annoying and attention-seeking. lol
The 50 channel requirement is for 2 reasons. Both to reduce the number of approval requests for mods, and to make sure the emotes are at least somewhat popular.

"Private" emotes serve a completely different purpose.

They're meant so that you can upload an emote only for your own channel

This doesn't prevent people from reuploading it, of course. But it's a feature regardless.

As far as emote approvals, BTTV has some rudimentary image detection system for automated emote approvals. It's far from perfect, as it misses stuff all the time. I think that using machine learning image detection could do a much better job these days. But there's some tech debt that needs to be "paid off" first.

PERSONALLY I think it would be ok if all emotes were allowed. No need to approve them. It's up to the streamer to decide which emotes they want in chat.

But personal emotes are different

since it's not the streamer deciding which emotes are allowed in chat, those will always have to either be manually approved OR have it as an opt-in feature in the extension

But as we know, most people are idiots and have no desire to ever look at a settings menu, so they'll never change the defaults.

@sullen hinge I think theres a weird kick 7tv dupe account screwing things up on my main. I went to resub and still couldn't use my paints and noticed on the newest receipt it showed my name as karate_moses_1137 instead of just karate_moses. My sub bar showed a negative number and looked really weird, but it showed my main account's name at the top. After I restarted my browser and relogged in today through twitch, it showed my normal sub bar and that I was not subbed. I subbed again and now my paints and badges are working. I clicked in through kick again after and it showed the negative bar again and I unsubbed there, not sure if that fixed it but I would like the dupe removed and errors prevented. Hello! Can you please tell me what happened? 7TV tried to charge me 28 times (pay attention to the time of the letters) and once it succeeded because I had money on my account. For some reason the emotes, that I renamed aren't showing in the streamlabs chat overlay. Every other 7tv emote shows. 7tv dumps my settings that i have changed after a few days/a week or so (unsure of th especific time). im not sure what causes it, maybe it when the extension updates
UPDATE-- it happened after i was gon from my computer for a few hours. i had auto redeem channel points on, and it turned off after

nope personal use is only available for emotes witch 50 channels, you need to add your emote to youre group, just right click it and select "add to "groupname""

btw personal use means that every one with an sub can you use them, they are like an global emote

Alright, after a year of not having a profile picture in 7tv, I've decided to take to the forums.

I did my due diligence and searched for a fix and I tried the ezgif thing and saddly it did not work. (I also tried as a JPEG and PNG)

It's still just showing as a broken jpeg, no matter how many times I try to save it.

I've even logged out and in several times, updating 7tv app, and Google Chrome (I am a firefox user primarily).. any ideas or tips on how to fix it?

I'm using OBS SE.Live and I can't get my OBS dock chat to have the extention show up. The chat does show the emote if I manually type the name of the emote, but it doesn't seem to show the extention in my emote bar. I don't see any of the emotes I have.

the problem is that you've created a new account with yout KillKillTV account
perhaps you still have means to log back into your account, and judging by your sub role here, i believe you still have your discord linked to your old account
you can log in with discord by right clicking the sign in button

It might be possible for them to upgrade your slots, I'm not sure. But currently the 1000 slots thing is only for users that used 7TV before a certain date.

7TV's goal was to never charge money for emote slots. You're already getting 600 slots for free
