sorry yeah that makes sense so it was the update that completely changed the layout of emotes and such im not 100% sure on the version, I used FrankerFacez and 7TV but i was able to make a custom mod & vip badge on franker face then with that one it caused them to return to default

Ah. So it's probably the 7TV V3 update you are talking about. Yeah... it completely rewrites how the native twitch chat works so that'll be why it isn't working. As for a solution. It's not great but the best you probably can use is FFZ with 7TV and BTTV enabled. But the FFZ 7TV plugin is old and outdated and a lot of things have stopped working. so it's up to you

I think the new video preview video twitch feature dosen't work well with 7tv extension( This is when you are browsing categories). scrolling through the bottom gallery is blocked unless you disable Preview Video. But this is not a good solution as its still block on the next refresh. You will have to enable it. refresh and disable it again.

I am sorry this might be a bit long. Hello, I am writing this because I have a really weird issue and I cannot find a solution anywhere. Yesterday I decided to start using 7tv and I log in using my Twitch which all went fine. I add my girlfriend as my editor and give her permissions. Then I go to the "Migrate to 7TV" button and that is where I encountered the issue. The website first of all seemed to bug out but I thought nothing of it. Then my girlfriend (who has been using 7tv for a long time now) tries to go on and add emotes to my channel only to see that she is unable to do so. I try to do it as well myself however I just simply cannot. When I hovered over the button to add an emote to my channel, it would only allow me to add to my girlfriends emotes (as she had given me editor to her channel as well). She searched everywhere and asked friends of hers who also use 7tv but we couldn't figure it out. I tried to disconnect my twitch as a recommendation from a friend but I would only get the prompt "Error 70470 Don't Be Silly Cannot unlink the last connection, that would rener your account inaccessible". I thought connecting my Discord would allow me to unlink my Twitch but that was not the case. I had given up and later that date I was told I need to make an emote set and then I would be able to add emotes so I decided to try that tomorrow. Today however I cannot even log in on my account and i get an error. I tried a different browser and tried deleting my cookies but I still get the same issue which I can send as an image. Can you please help me I really want to use 7TV

1. Yes you need to have an emote set for anyone to add emotes for you
2. Since you disconnected your twitch account from your main 7tv account then attempts to "sign in" with your twitch account, it is most likely that you have made a new account with your twitch account.

   What you were supposed to do after you have disconnected your twitch account is to reconnect it in your profile page, not sign in again
   Luckily, you can still access that account with your discord as said by @sly radish

If you want to relink your current twitch account back to your subbed 7tv account,
you can either contact an admin do relink your accounts
or:

1. Log in to your non-sub 7tv account with your twitch account
2. Get a dummy discord account and link it to your non-sub 7tv account
3. Unlink the twitch account from that 7tv account
4. Login to your subbed 7tv account with discord
5. Link your twitch account to your subbed 7tv account

The name of the font is kinda finicky since it's inside the file

Can you open the font file in the default windows font viewer and get the name from there?

Also try adding "regular" at the end or something

It should immediately apply any font it finds if it matches the name, that is to say you can just type different stuff in and observe if the font changes to what you want real-time

Hi, I thought I cancelled my sub, however I was charged today. I went to the 7TV website to double check that I had cancelled my sub, and I don't see a cancel button anywhere, it just offers me to buy a 7TV sub again. I go to my profile and all of my paints and badges are still there

No, that "try" feature is just to design paints. It's not actually used to make paints that work

the original g502 had different switches, they did a revision of the mouse after some years that resulted in the swap to different switches

most of the newer g502 have doubleclicking issues after around 1 year

most people started to replace the switches with omrons after the issue started

I have this same issue. For some reason when I connect kick account it created a second 7TV account that is separate from my other account with Twitch.

This is true. I did try multiple of times on Chrome. For some reason it stopped working to login.

But the emotes still show up without logging in?

Right. That's strange it looks like that is the only way to connect a Kick account.

Yeah that's normal, this isn't a traditional linking method as kick lacks the proper APIs at this time
