Emotes can't have epilepsy inducing animations, normally we allow some slow "rainbow" effects yes but that one is way too flashy and it may cause a seizure to someone browsing the public list

In the past those emotes were "fine" so probably most of those flashy ones you see are old uploads that has to be changed still

so the emotes you showed above are visible to you cause they're on someones profile - two of them might still need a label though. in my opinion they should be, at minimum, blurred in profiles too

there's definitely some enhancements that can be done for labels and unlisted in general, but as it's not exactly broken it's been way down the list as devs are swamped in things to do

It seems that I have the same issue (question #1) as Jenna. Sometimes I cant seem to add/remove emotes for channels as well and the weird thing is that it happens at random times without me (the user) taking some action prior to this, meaning I cannot reproduce this at all. For example, right now I cant remove/add on any channel, but in X mins/hours everything will return back to normal. So, is this a new thing? Cause its the first time I'm facing this issue and Jenna's message is new as well.

Some small notes, just to be clear
Note 1: When this issue occurs, it affects more than one channels that I try to edit for not just a specific one.
Note 2: Also, logs don't appear anywhere; neither in Twitch chat nor in the 7TV channel's log section.

Edit 1: It seems like user inputs go through directly, but the changes take effect with a heavy delay. I added/removed some emotes for 2 channels and the logs appeared 20-30 mins later.

lately live emote updates aren't working sometimes for me, I don't see "person added x emote" and can't see the emote as well until I refresh. This doesn't always happen. What could be causing this problem?
