I've seen it happen with chrome as well, not for me but for other people, issue always happens when bttv and 7tv extension are being used at the same time. Disabling either of them fixes it and it comes back at random.

7TV hasnt implemented support for vods yet so its only bttv doing the rendering atm. You can use the ffz extension to make them work

this is because vod chat isn't natively supported - that being said if you replace bttv with ffz the extension will hook with it and vod chat will work

I think what you have is fine, it doesn't really matter much since people shouldn't really be having emotes with the same names anyways
I personally would put 7TV with priority, followed by BTTV, and then FFZ since 7TV has the most capabilities

Hello. I noticed a zero width emote i made doesn't line up correctly (doesn't cover) with a 128x128 emote. it seems like the zero width is being overlaid 2 pixels higher than it's supposed to be? 
So even tho the Zero Width should completely cover a 128x128 emote, it doesn't. 😦

OK. So i did some follow up on the zero width misalignment issue i mentioned earlier. I made a solid red 128x128 square emote, then i made a zero width emote that had a staircase at top and bottom ranging from a 0 pixel gap on the left to a 15 pixel gap on the right (looking at the bottom side). I then uploaded, typed in chat and took a screenshot. Here is the resulting image, along with a zoomed in version: https://i.imgur.com/C1zzEkG.png
Not sure if this is easily solvable but it would be nice if the zero widths aligned properly 🙂

@humble pelican can you help with this? It looks like @spiral needle name changed on twitch, from HotMilkyChoco (7tv ID: 610077f845ab24baebd1954f), to funni_time(no 7tv ID). Somehow they still have emotes enabled in chat, but if you type them in chat, only the emote code appears.
If they didn't name change, somehow the accounts are linked, but also not linked? Strange issue. You can see the TeethSmilingDog emote is only added in their chat, but it don't work

it's not really to do with 7TV, but apparently a conflict with betterttv. the cause is unknown, as night doesn't give a shit about compatibility so we stopped making an effort to remain 100% compatible

Hello. Having an issue with the YouTube Theatre Mode for Live Stream Vods. The seek bar is misaligned so the end of the vod is actually ~80% of the way down the bar. Not a big deal as i can adjust/exit theatre mode, but would be nice if it worked properly 🙂

GQL isn't like rest, http status codes aren't really used. Http is just a transport

Hello... Bugs/Weird Stuff/Opinions with aliasing (all of the following were noticed while in Editor Mode) -
- (Opinion) I think setting an alias for an emote that isn't enabled in a channel shouldn't give a chat notification. There should be no reason for chat to see aliasing of emotes that aren't already added to the channel. (Side note for fun: Not just logically, but also the "fun" reason for it to not show in chat is so joke emotes can be aliased into a common emote name, then added, all while chat has no idea)
- (Opinion/Weird) Adding an emote after setting an alias sends a chat notification with the original emote name rather than the aliased name. This is unintuitive for anyone trying to use the emote that was added as they try typing the original name instead of the one it now has.
- (Bug) - Aliasing an emote that isn't added to the channel causes that emote to then show up FFZ's Tab Completion list of emotes and can be seen in chat (although weirdly not on JChat). Chatterino didn't show this emote, as it shouldn't have. Clearly emotes that aren't added shouldn't be seen. (To fix this I just added the emote and removed it)

I think it has something to do about a setting where firefox clears the history when closing, check if you have that enabled, cuz it might be clearing all your extensions settings.

I saw something in FFZ discord about some firefox users having a similar problem some time ago, and I think the culprit was they had "Offline Website Data" enabled on their history settings in firefox, not sure if this might help, but it sounds pretty similar.

Did you have a 7tv subscription that expired? if so then check the 0 width emotes, they're still there using slots but you won't be able to use them, so just disable them.

only the 0 widths, go into the emotes tab then filter by only 0-width and disable the ones you see there that are enabled

it's a bug with the ingress in k8s, it's returning all codes with a text status of "OK"
it's also not REST it's GQL

depending on chatterino/browser, certain emotes will get over-ridden, if you have 2 of the same emote code from differing services. chatterino & browser handle that differently

you can ask anatole/troy to remove it manually, but another user who did that reported that he got some bug with the paints cuz of that 
seems like reloading the page logs you out and back in or so theres no problem with reloading when im on some random page but when im in mod only pages i get thrown out back to homepage and logged out until i reload again

How can I clear my notifications? On my own account I cleared all, but there's a red circle with a number suggesting I still have them to read.
Additionally while in Editor Mode, which I am most the time, I get notifications as if I'm the channel owner, saying I unlocked Paints etc even though I'm not a sub myself. 😦
