As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

You can only unlock the related cosmetics and achievement by dying to the special requirements. A regular kill or other method of dying won't complete the achievement.

Are you asking for somebody here to help you achieve it? Some members occasionally do achievement hunting lobbies and may be down to help you.
Or you could just start a private lobby and post the code to the #lfg-language channels and state your intention with the lobby (for example add "achievement hunting lobby" after the room code)
