Might I suggest, purchase a preloaded visa card.
Basically it's a credit card you pay in advance.
You can top it up before using it anywhere as if it were a real credit card but you can only use the balance on the card.

Its designed to stop credit theft, but they can also be used for places that give you issues with purchase for whatever reason

Conversations that go on in public games are still private, and we do not have access to the audio in any way. You can block or mute the relevant players in-game and use the in-game censoring filter. You can report the offending player as well, and these reports will be attached to their account, and may result in bans. If you are the lobby host, you can kick the offending players, and if you are not the host you can ask the host to kick them. Players who are kicked will not be able to rejoin the game unless permitted back in by the host. If the player in question is the host, and a sufficient number of players block their mics, they will be kicked from the game, and once again that will be reflected on their account.
