As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

No plans have been stated regarding thanksgiving day cosmetics that I am aware of, but who knows.

How long will the alien cosmetics be available, it hasn't been stated, but previous limited time cosmetics were generally available for about a month, so I'd assume a similar time frame, but if you want them, best to get them earlier rather than later do you avoid missing them, no guarantees they will return.

In general it is up to you to create and use whatever strategies you like. Every group is going to be different after all

You need to remember, the ducks only have up to three on their team, while they're against up to 15 other players.

There are many strategies that work, but definitely the role benefits the most when there are three ducks (because no duck can be sure you didn't activate a sabotage, so the doubt will always be there)

Someone joined my private game and is being toxic/abusive/swearing/racist

Unfortunately, we cannot control when bad actors enter a private game, but we do empower you by providing tools to help moderate these games. Conversations that go on in private games are private, we do not have access to the audio in any way. Players themselves ultimately have control of who enters private games. You can block or mute the relevant players in-game and use the in-game censoring filter. If you are the lobby host, you can kick the offending players, and if you are not the host you can ask the host to kick them. Players who get kicked will not be able to rejoin the game unless permitted back in by the host. If the player in question is the host themselves, you and everyone else bothered by their behavior should leave and form a lobby of like-minded individuals, with your own agreed upon rules. If no one else in the game agrees with you, you probably shouldn't be playing in that lobby anyways.

I've played in vote reveal lobbies before. However, never as a spy or snitch. I'd have to see if I vote differently then.

But I always like to vote for someone if I'm not falcon/pelican, just to prove I'm not that. Plus, it helps spy/snitch blend in.

Early game, people don't tend to notice the random voting pattern.

As snitch, you have no choice but to forgo using your ability.

At basement's release, the pelican was very strong. Not only would bombs not kill the pelican when eaten (hell of a bellyache after, though), but it also could eat the Canadian without reporting. There was also no 5 second swallow cooldown penalty for each bellied player. When the pelican was winning a lot more than a neutral should, it was changed to how it is now.

There are many potential root causes that may contribute to a microphone not working.
Please make sure that you are not deafened or muted, and also have the correct input devices selected.
If you are on Windows/Mac, try turning "echo-cancelation" on and off in the game settings found at the bottom of the Sound Settings.
If this does not work, in Windows, open your sound settings, and then the correct devices are set to Default Devices, rather than Communication Devices.

As soon as it's ready! The gaggle team develop quickly, and we release patches fairly often. We don't often give out firm dates because it's either going to be a lie if we're wrong, or it'll be a rushed product that might sacrifice quality for speed. This could translate into releasing something without sufficient testing and creating lots of bugs for the game.

If you find none of that explanation sufficient, as Herbert always says, today we are one day closer than yesterday.

If you have a valid private lobby code, you should be let in. However, some lobbies have been set so you need a minimum level of 25 due to people making accounts just to grief people. In that case, just find other lobbies or create your own until you're a high enough level.
