I keep trying to join friends who are in lobby.
Their lobbies stay empty, ready for me, but I can't join.
The game says "This lobby is in progress or locked", though none of these are true.

Hey I been running into issues sense yesterday when I jump on the game my whole Computer starts lagging badly. It started yesterday when it started it crashed my machine for a hot second. And then sense then it continues to do this.
I noticed my Power Usage(Which Idk if its part of it) when on the game also seems to spike in my task manager. But it makes my whole computer very loud now it seems when playing too :/ But I kinda suck with tech. Not sure if its a game issue or a me issue. But any help would be awesome.

Everyone can hear me but I can't hear them, I can hear everything else in the game just not the players, it doesn't even light up like they are talking. Can anyone help? I restarted the game and my computer and it is still happening. People's volumes are turned up as well.

There is no problem with my connection, it redirects to the browser to log in, but it gives that error.

The bomb's sound is very small, the rest of the sounds are normal. Is there any way to fix it ?
The bombs sounds are based off proximity
You can hear the ticking if the holder is in your field of view
You hear a faint boom when it detonates away from you, or a little louder when you are closer
But it's too small compared to the rest of the sfx even the bomb close distance. Is it the game mechanics or my device ?

This is my current settings. Although the general sound is 80, sfx 60 the bomb sound is still very low

This is a graphical driver failure, and happens when your DX11 drivers write the wrong resolution to your registry.
If you are using windows, type WINDOWS+R to open the run window. Type in “regedit” and launch the registry editor. Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE, delete every folder with Gaggle (Gaggle Studios, Gaggle Studios INC, Gaggle.Fun, GaggleStudios). Be careful NOT to delete the Google folder. Relaunch your client, and have fun

nothing helps, what to do, already the third day in a row
After updating, I can't click on my collection at all, even on the first game start screen, and I can't click on my closet inside the game. This is very inconvenient. I tried turning the game off, logging out, and logging back in, but it didn't make a difference. I was having a lot of fun playing until the update.

Actually, if you need to contact the support team, could you try opening the collections in all 3 locations and if they don't work for you, send an in-game report after trying to open collections while game running
I'm on mobile, so I can't really show you what's not clicking, but I'm going to record it, and I'm using data, so there's no problem with the network.
this is indicating that something isn't downloading (should see banners in the top right) when you launch the game that is probably preventing you from seeing the collections. I would try connecting to another network or restarting the device

When you launch the application, some assets are downloaded from the servers (including cosmetics) if the network is unable to connect or is interrupted for any reason, some data may be missing.

Game started and immediately nobody in the lobby could hear each other or do their task and kept saying we will be kicked for not doing task when they game just started and the took us to the home screen where we can only talk in dead chat

if this doesnt be deleted ill say you can ask for payback through playstore and later try to buy item again but please dont forget that IF YOU GOT THE THAT ITEM IN GAME(if purchase was sucsessfull) and you ask for money payback your goose goose duck account will get banned for fraud suspend for 365 days it happened to my alter account.
To clarify, if you make a purchase, spend the item then process a refund. This is considered fraud and your account will be suspended (as your balance goes below 0)

When playing the game on my phone, my voice gets quieter, cuts off, or strange wind-like sounds occur when it’s my turn. When I increase the volume, two sections appear: one for adjusting the game’s volume and one for adjusting the microphone’s volume. Normally, adjusting the microphone should only affect the players' voices, but it's not working correctly in this game. I’m using Android, and my device is up to date. When the microphone is off, the game’s sound works fine.

The issue is not related to sensitivity or amplifier. I’m playing on a phone and not using an external microphone. The bars that appear when adjusting the volume in-game are not working properly

I was in a game, then left now Everytime I refresh the servers disappear, and I can’t load into a server. Restarted the game a bunch, reinstalled and even logged out of steam. Hello, I'm experiencing an issue on the PC version of Goose Goose Duck. My friends list always shows everyone as offline, even though some of them are online. However, when I log into the same account on my phone, the friends list works correctly.

Restarting the game and PC,
Reinstalling the game,
Disabling VPN,
Syncing date/time,
Running as Administrator,

All of a sudden, it's too laggy in GGD that it's almost unplayable. Everything (voice and players' movement) is cutting off way too often. I verified that our internet speed is not an issue (getting 1Gbps for both upload/download). I also tried uninstalling GGD and installing it back, but that didn't help at all. I have two PCs so I even tried with the PC that I've never played GGD ever and it had the same issue. I didn't change anything in the game options today so I'm kind of puzzled what's the root cause of this issue Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance! This is a graphical driver failure, and happens when your DX11 drivers write the wrong resolution to your registry.
If you are using windows, type WINDOWS+R to open the run window. Type in “regedit” and launch the registry editor. Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE, delete every folder with Gaggle (Gaggle Studios, Gaggle Studios INC, Gaggle.Fun, GaggleStudios). Be careful NOT to delete the Google folder. Relaunch your client, and have fun

seem like the filter is what is glitching

Is anyone else experiencing a lag issue of some sort? Where the game seems extremely slow booting up and moving around in game? Also for example, the report image on the game last for at least 6-7 seconds when normally it lasts for maybe 2-3 seconds.

I would first check the audio settings and make sure your Master Volume is up and sound settings up

For some reason every time I try to join a friend's room it says the room is full, and when I look for other peoples rooms through (Find game) most of the time today I found the list empty, and when a game finally appears it still doesn't let me in, saying (System.Exception: Failed to connect. Corruption mode Bloodhaven map: The Dodo Duelist is disabled; you can't kill other Dodo even after completing tasks. The kill ability is permanently disabled. The Sin Eater also doesn't work; it accumulates corruption to the limit and can't kill anyone (I don't know at all if its my mistake or a real glitch). Also, collecting up to 10 corrupted items freezes the counter.

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling depending how you are trying to launch Goose Goose Duck. If you are launching the steam PC version from explorer or something that you found on the website, be sure you are launching the GGDLauncher.exe with the EAC icon

Goose Goose Duck is supported on Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS platforms. Linux has never been an officially supported platform and if GGD was playable on linux in the past, it was a happy accident. The team is constantly working on improving the game. Linux may or may not be supported sometime in the future!

This happened to me today and in June. When I go to gusgusdak, I have an endless download and then I press the yellow button. Then I go to my friends in the lobby and there are people on 16/16, but I don't see people. I don't see my nickname. It's like I got into Limbo of geese. Be sure you are launching the Easy Anti-Cheat exe for GGD as your device will need to pass EAC to play. Looks like a blue bear, instead of the GGD goose
There is no file named EasyAntiCheat.exe in the game files. There is a blue bear named GGDLauncher, and when I run it, it kicks me out of the game after I wait a little while on the small windowed screen that appears at the start.
Usually Easy Anti-Cheat will provide a reason or code for not completing. I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version
When I get kicked out of the game, I don't receive any error code. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, but the problem persists. When I click on the EasyAntiCheat installation file, a CMD screen appears on the screen for a second and then disappears.

That is normal behaviour, The window opens and closes faster than you can see it because it completes its task then closes the cmd window.
There are a number of ways to make it stay so you can see what it did, likely the easiest is to hold the Windows key and press R, this will bring up the Windows run command application
In the box, type
cmd \k "full path to the file"
And press enter
Include the quotation marks "
This will run the EAC installer without closing the window when it completes or fails so you can see the results
Regarding the game kicking you out, there is no error message at all? Are you sure the game is not just crashing?

When I try to launch Goose Goose Duck, the game starts but after showing “In-Game Waiting” for a short while, it closes by itself and returns to the desktop. There is no error message, it just crashes.

Hey guys I'm in US, but still when I tried to connect or start a lobby, it pops I got disconnected.
I disabled IPv6 and firewall already.
Both upload and download speed is above 2GB. However when I tried under same network on my mobile device it has the same problem.

So I thought I made a ticket for this issue but I’ve received nothing. I can’t type in room codes on my Chromebook anymore. The cursor won’t stay in the box. I’ve updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled. I’ve restarted my computer. I don’t use it through steam. I just use it directly through the GGD app download through the Google play store.
Mine does the same but only if my keyboard is connected... movement works fine with it though

You playing game installed from play store means you installed android version
You need to see an input area on your bottom screen for input code/name etc. but you don't seeing it

Quick question, I redownloaded GGD after a long time of not playing and my account seems to be missing all my gold silver and cosmetics, I also tried my siblings account and the same has happened there, was there a shop rework or is it simply a bug ?
You will need to sign into the same account as before with the same method (e.g. sign in with google vs email/password)
Accounts are only deleted if players go through the multi-step process and request it
I relogged using my email instead of google account but I only kept one shirt and got my silver back, however there are still cosmetics missing, have any cosmetics been removed since 2021-23 or is there something else at play?
Nothing is removed from accounts. All your collectibles are associated to the account you played with
so if all your items are on your account tied to your Google account, you will need to log into that account

I keep getting this issue when joining a game. My account is logged in and I have 0 issues with internet connection outside of GGD. I restarted the game, Restarted PC, restarted internet, verified files, reinstalled the game and still doesnt work

So I keep encountering a Client Timeout problem both when trying to host a game as well as join via friend invite. My game files have been verified, I have uninstalled/reinstalled, steam restart, computer restart, whitelisted the game to my firewall, disabled my firewall altogether, as well as manually changed my DNS server to Google's (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) with nothing succeeding. I am at a loss as to what is wrong. This all occurring during my first ever attempts to play the game. HALP ;-;

for example if you are on a college campus, the campus may be blocking network connection to services

When I tried to buy gold through Steam, I got this banner. This error doesn't depend on my Steam account.

Support generally takes between 1 and 3 business days to respond depending on the number of requests in front of you. Be sure to keep checking your email including the spam and trash folders just in case replies are accidentally being sent there
When you buy through Steam, you're first redirected to the Gaggle website, then you enter your first and last name, and then pay from your Steam balance. It's while you're entering your first and last name that it gives you an error

I’ve been having a pretty big issue with Goose Goose Duck and I was wondering if you could help or point me in the right direction.

The game recommends speeds of 10 Mbps for both upload and download. If those speeds above are typical for your connection, you are likely to have difficulty maintaining a good connection to the game servers. In some cases a VPN may help.
You may wish to try connecting via a VPN to see if you are able to connect.

I would first troubleshoot your network. If using wifi or ethernet cable, reboot the modem and/or router you are connected to. If using mobile data, reboot the mobile device. When the connection is restored, complete a speed test and ensure BOTH upload and download speeds are above 10 Mbps.

In the mic test my audio isn't even registering. I'm also playing on a mac, but have friends who play on macs without issue. I've tries both with airpods and sony WH1000XM5s

I deleted it and downloaded it again from Steam and again from your official website and in both cases it didn't work
When I try to log in:
If I input the right email and password
I get taken back to the sing in screen
If I input wrong password
It tells me the email or password is incorrect and then takes me to the sing in screen

- installed ggd on a new Windows device through steam but through a different Internet Connection than my home WiFi or mobile Hotspot
- Password was wrong connected to an Email I no longer use but still have access to
- went to reset my password and tried to update the email address(which i later found you cannot do yourself for that I sent to the gaggle-support-email)
- reset password sucessfully and go to login in ggd but i get confusing error Messages (view attachments) and sometimes ggd doesn't lauch at all and stops starting up when EAC is still initializing and outputting error 3005 which i was able to fix partially because it still sometimes happens
- as a result I try multiple things: reinstalling ggd, restarting the device, reseting my password another time and deleting the "Cache"(?) of gaggle off my PC and reinstalling it through steam but I keep getting the same error messages

Hello my mic isn't working in game so far 1. made sure all the drivers are up to date 2. allowed the permission's for ggd 3. Turned up my mic volume 4. turned on and of echo cancellation 5. My mic works for other games and apps but not ggd (the mic check wont work also) 6. No other apps are using my mic while im playing 7 made a ticket in game
