This can usually be fixed by changing from IPv6 to IPV4. If you are using Windows 10, click on your start menu and open the Control Panel. Open Network and Internet, and then Network and Sharing Center. On the left menu, select Change Adapter Settings. Right click on the network connection that you use, and select Properties. Scroll down to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and un-check the box, and then select OK to save your settings.

So reviewing what you initially tried, the only other thing I could recommend is giving the modem and router (if on wifi) both a reboot
It works on other computers that are on the same internet, I tried a data hotspot via my phone too

I recently got back into the game like 2 months ago and had to make a different account new a phone since I didn’t know the other one. The last time I connected my twitch was 2 years ago so I didn’t know which account it was linked too
right… they changed the way their drops work since then with better integration so yeah i would try #🌠︱twitch-drops

I had the same issue, if you go to your connections on twitch you should be able to unlink the ggd account connected and then reconnect it to the account you’d like ^^
A reinstall of windows fixed the issue!
I’ve disconnected it and reconnected many times and it still says the same thing. It asks to authorize the login not to put in my email and password yet still the same thing
And I thought maybe I had to wait till gaggle deleted my older account but I got a email saying the account was successfully deleted and tried again just now still not working. I’ve messaged support to see if they can help

Seeing as there are a lot of google branded images in that text, possibly an issue with the google account being used to attempt a login. Might suggest logging out of the account from the browser on the device and trying again

There is auto-clicker, I was using it for Roblox
I would suggest removing any programs like this, as it may be triggering Easy Anti Cheat and preventing the game from launching
I would restart the PC after removing any such programs

So I'm on Windows 11 PC version of the game and I can't launch the game. I've had this issue in the past but it was only temporarily solved. I can click play and it will say that it's launching but it won't open the game whatsoever. I have all the needed requirements to play the game, I've checked my firewall, verified the files, uninstalled & reinstalled, and restarted my computer. None are fixing the issue.

My current theory is 4 diff toilets done only one, 4 hose pods, 4 input codes, anddd a certain sabo combo which plays a sound when all r called (idk which yet). Servers aren’t working for me either. Have been trying for half an hour and nothing works. I am on mobile so i tried closing the app, deleting it and turning my phone off and none of that helps
I can't get into a game - it only shows the play and collection button. When loading, it initially shows all the buttons, but they disappear. When I've been able to see a friend, it says I am disconnected. I have pictures if you need them.
I have tried restarting steam, restarting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

If restarting the game doesn't work, give it a few minutes then try again. If there's a persistent issue the team will get it resolved ASAP

It is likely your upload speed is dropping below 10 Mbps, especially if on WIFI. I would try rebooting the modem and/or router and restarting the mobile device. Being physically closer to the WIFI source may also help.

Hi - thank u for answer, there steps that ive already try to do in last 2 weeks:
- I checked the integrity of the game files + reinstall game
- I turned off the antivirus
- I tried to run the game through the game folder
- Launched anti-cheat with administrator rights
- Utilities checked all updates on the computer- video card \ cpu and so on
- Deleted all goos files via the regedit command
I think I did everything I found on the forums but still nothing help

Yes, some ISP providers do restrict access to the game servers, so it could be a good option to try.

looking into this issue further online i have realized that there is not a known fix, it’s not an issue with ggd but rather steam/nvidia/windowsOS btw

in the registration window that appears at the first launch, u can manually enter the password or simply link the account using google mail, where you do not need to enter anything and the client pulls up the data using mail

From what I am seeing "click Start, type firewall and click Firewall & network protection. Click Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall (or, if you're using Windows 10, click Allow an app through firewall)"

Sounds like you may have antivirus or firewall programs blocking the game
In not quite sure what you mean by the download being blocked. Is it blocked by your device or by your internet settings or by your internet provider?
If it is the internet provider, connecting with a VPN may help.
If it is either of the first two, that would be a local setting that would need identified and troubleshot

There are too many errors that cannot be fixed. The more you fix the more errors, so just reset the window and you're done

If you're having microphone issues, with a wired device/headset make sure to check to see that your drivers are all up to date, and also make sure that the volume of the microphone is not set too low in your system settings. You can also try toggling echo cancelation on and off. Make sure your microphone isn't in use by other applications such as discord, or other voice chat programs at the same time, as this may cause errors. OSX: In launchpad search for Audio MIDI Setup. If your microphone isn't there then it might be a driver issue. If there microphone is there try to change the format to something different, like to 48,000hz or 44100hz. That might work

I noticed one specific pattern in microphone disruption during game or in-lobby time. I’m playing on the Ipad and if you go back on Home page for a moment and then enter the game back ( if you stay away from the game for too long, you’ll be kicked away ), your game sound will decrease and your microphone will drop. Same will be if your battery will drop down to 10% or 5% and you’ll have the notification about low charge.
I've been trying to do the achievement "The floor suits you" for a while now, which consists of winning the prize for the most takedowns 25 times, but because of this bug the achievement isn't counting

I'm having this exact same issue as well. It's been going on since 11/30/23. And I've submitted a support ticket to the website, and was emailing with 2 different techs from Gaggle about this.
So far NOTHING has worked to get the game to go past the loading screen.

I've tried with my VPN on, which it always was when I played previously. And I've tried with the VPN off. Neither work.
I have uninstalled. Installed from the Gaggle website. Installed from Steam. VPN on, VPN off. They suggested turning my Internet Protocal Version 6 off, and running it only on 4. That didn't work. I did the suggestion for if it was a registry error that was on the Steam forums. That didn't work. We've also reset the routers/modems/connections.
I haven't had the voice chat connected since 11/23, and now I can't get into the game at all since 11/30. It's become very frustrating. Not to mention, my husband checked his game as well the other day, and his is stuck on the loading screen as well.

A connection that doesn't meet the minimum requirements will experience connection issues, often as infinite loading screens like you have described.
I'm just very baffled, as I've been playing this game since 2021, and never had this issue until 11/30.
Internet speeds can vary at times, I might do the speed test at various times throughout the day and see if there are patterns to when either speed is below 10 Mbps. I would recommend contacting your internet provider if you are supposed to be getting over 10 Mbps on your upload speeds.
That's the other question. I have tried at various times the past 5 days in trying to get the game to load. So one would think that wouldn't be a problem.

It's now been a week since my game stopped getting past the loading screen. Last email I got from Gaggle was last Friday. None of the solutions offered have done anything to help. Clearly something on their end is blocking us from being able to connect as I have friends in other states that can make it in. 😐
If your upload speed is not consistently over 10 Mbps you will have difficulty connecting. If your internet provider is supposed to be giving you higher speed I would recommend contacting them for assistance.
Is there a better security measure instead of confirming by entering the word "DELETE", can the game publisher enter the otp code sent to your gmail account registration to confirm cancellation???
If you're not sharing your account, you should be the only one able to delete the account. Always a best practice not to share accounts, passwords, etc.

I think this is really annoying but in my game and i just got the assassin to shoot me for being canadian killing the assassin. The pelican/falcon was left (7 people: assassin and detective dead) and we called another meeting to get everyone to vote themselves. Everyone but the pelican/falcon voted themselves and us 4 geese were sent to jail. The p/f was waiting for us outside the jail taunting us but the door didnt open. The “Do your tasks or get kicked” thing popped up and we were stuck. I was asking the jail people if there was an engi or sheriff to help but no one was. I used my vigi kill already. The game ended in a nuetral victory because everyone in the jail was kicked and the door still didnt open. Idk if this is a glitch or a bug…

Isnt the jail timer only 30 seconds?
I don't rlly know specifics, but if u think u encountered a bug (e.g. jail door stuck too long), u can always submit a bug report in settings after the game or #troubleshooting-and-bug-reports . It's always better to b safe than sorry

The jail timer is kill cooldown plus 10 seconds, I believe, so with unedited settings, 30 seconds.

The support team may be able to assist. The only other thing I can think of is if something changed recently with your local network's security settings, or your internet provider.

Hmm I wouldn't know. Sometimes they post in announcements if the pack is going away, but sometimes not, so I would buy it while u can because it seems like a limited pack for fall, but it is winter now.
The information on when new packs apprearing is the same as updates. It is here whenever it is ready, so no exact dates. I would just keep a lookout in #816356997564727367 and especially in the monthly devlogs because they showcase new pack outfits when the time is near

I'll try my best to make this step by step comprehensive as this is what I did to solve the login issue for me yesterday, and a friend that experienced the bug today.
Don't know if logging in through google is a relevant factor, but it's how I login to GGD via Steam/Gaggle.fun (GGD website).
After encountering a login failure in goose goose duck, and disregarding errors/aborting the login doesn't automatically work for you, task manager's gonna be our best friend so keep the game running as we do this.
**Step 1 **
We're gonna locate where your game is to run it as admin so lets launch task manager,
Simply press Ctrl+Shift+Escape on your keyboard to bring up Task Manager.
(remember to only run programs you TRUST as admin).
Step 2
In Task Manager, time to double click "Unity play back engine."
Right click "Goose Goose Duck" and click Open File Location.
(Leave this File Explorer window open for later).
Step 3
Now we're gonna close ALL Steam & GGD services/processes in task manager,
Right click "playback engine." end that task.
Right click "Steam (32 bit)" end that task.
Step 4
Time to open Steam as you regularly do.
Then run GGD as admin!
Head over to the file location of Goose Goose Duck.exe (Refer to step 2 if needed)
Right click Goose Goose Duck.exe
Run as Administrator
Step 5
When you encounter the 'can't verify files' prompt upon launching GGD,
Kinda ignore it and allow it to load until the login screen appears, and then proceed to log in successfully, if possible.
Step 6 - My Go To Audio Troubleshoot Fix
If you logged in, joined a lobby and can't hear due to an audio deafen bug, repeat Step 3
then relaunch the game as normal. Idk if closing steam is neccesary, but it's always worked for me if the issue ever occured.
To my memory, up to version v3.02 were you able to simply double click echo cancellation to fix mic input bug as opposed to leaving lobby.
Now closing GGD and relaunching won't always fix it, I'd have to close steam as well, but np.
Up to V3.03.5, sometimes joining a lobby your mic icon would continuously remain loading and wouldn't work, before relaunching/leaving lobby
sometimes clicking the continuously nonfunctioning loading mic icon would expedite or fix it immediately, fully functioning.
This sequence has resolved similar issues for me and others, no problem.

The speeds required are 10 Mbps for both upload and download. With your upload being very low, it is likely that is causing some issues, especially if you connect via WiFi. I would try rebooting your internet sources (modem or router) if on a computer, and the mobile device if on mobile.

So I keep getting a “Security Violation” and I’ve tried everything, and keep in mind I do NOT have windows 11.
I would assume I need to download the “AntiCheatManually”? If not I would assume it’s not resolved.

You can try running the anti cheat manually, but also make sure you are running the ggdlauncher for the game
Whenever I play in mic lobbies, my audio is gone and no one can hear me, even when my mic lights up. The game acts fine in no mic- I've looked at all of my in-game audio settings, steam, and computer settings, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Done both including rebooting modem and run speed test, speed test doesn't indicate issue with stable download and upload speed. I had never used any VPN while launching GGD before during January till August with no connection issue.

This can usually be fixed by changing from IPv6 to IPV4. If you are using Windows 10, click on your start menu and open the Control Panel. Open Network and Internet, and then Network and Sharing Center. On the left menu, select Change Adapter Settings. Right click on the network connection that you use, and select Properties. Scroll down to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and un-check the box, and then select OK to save your settings.
This is usually caused by a registry error. If you are using windows, type Windows+R to open the run window. Type in “regedit” and launch the registry editor. Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE, delete every folder with Gaggle (Gaggle Studios, Gaggle Studios INC, Gaggle.Fun, GaggleStudios). Be careful NOT to delete the Google folder. Relaunch your client, and have fun!

So my account is softlocked for my account, I just made another account and logged in successfully through it...
I can log in on the website to my account, and it logs me in as shown in the top left (my username) it just doesn't let me past this loading circle ever [FIRST IMAGE]
I went and deleted the registry for the login info via regedit, and made a new account to see if it'd let me log in with that one [SECOND IMAGE]

one day after an update months ago it just stopped letting me in
ive reinstalled, verified files, havent even pissed off anti cheat in any game I've ever played (I dont mod my games like period the only reason I asked was because I cant for the life of me figure out from the debug logs why this happens)
only modding ive done is with steam workshop and or now ig the one lethal company mod you need to make it more then 4 people
the only reason I actually care about my account is because I used to host sessions daily and have a lot of friendly faces come by who I enjoyed the company of (it was nice having the same people show up when they saw my server in the server list and joined)
I dont mind loss of cosmetics, premium currency, etc. [the solution given to me months ago when I made this ticket (and it didnt get solved and just got closed randomly) was that they just copy all my account data to a new one (except for my friends) which kinda defeats the entire point of why im tryin to get my account back

my best guess after the 3 days many months ago of bug fixing n narrowing it down was that my email [for whatever reason] is no longer able to connect to the service required to get rid of the loading screen (it works fine/i can run without internet, I'm on IPv4, etc etc)
