Not sure how this will work .. but sounds like people playing on day 1 could have a different experience to those playing on day 365 ( even without any additional content being added ) due to the evolving story line.

Unless they make it so that every players game play experience starts the same but their interactions result in a different evolving story line. But this wouldn't make sense in a multi player game. How would it handle a group of friends who started playing the game separately and then started playing together.. would they be able to do the same quest/task or will the villager in question react horribly to one player, neutral to another and friendly to a third?

What I personally understand from the first two sentences this is that they are just going to be adding more lore with new updates. And the latter one is addressing players affecting the world others play in, that they are interested in the idea, but will explore it later on. A.k.a. not something happening any time soon, if at all.

I love professions and farming, exploring, and Palia seems to be based on these things. Tickles all the spots without the aggressive side. Plus it's adorable lol

So I can tell you about one of my country dishes

I don't think the developers went this far in the thinking of this,
but lavender only grows full bloom when there is a lack of water in the area, it happened where I lived where the river near my house made national news because it halted to a stream, but huge bunches of lavender invaded the land surrounding it.
suggesting this is the same thing happening in Palia, there would be a lack of water in the area, the picture we see doesn't have any stream or river that we see, so it could be underground. This water could have come from a very small lake or pond Or even... A bathtub. Yes you heard me right. These ruins could have been the remnants of an ancient bathhouse. A possible man-made pool that was built in the area would have been buried over by soil after it had been exposed to the outside elements. This is what attracted the lavender to that location. That water in that pool is finally being evenly distributed underground and that is what is causing the lavender to grow into full-bloom.
What do you guys think? If the ancient civilization of Palia had a bathhouse, I think that in itself tells us a lot of what their ancient civilization was like.

I like looting gear, since there's a degree of randomness to it that i like.. when crafting you know what you're gonna get a while before you get it and by the time it's in your hand, it's not exciting anymore most of the time.. there are exceptions of course ( like a legendary item or something really cool) , but for regular gear that's how i feel most of the time

To elaborate, it seems at this time one can only play humans because it is humans that are re-emerging into the world of Palia... why that is happening is unknown. There are NPCs that seem to be of three distinct races so far introduced, the cool-skin colored elf like people who I don't think have received a proper name, Grimalkin (Zeki the Cat Dealer), and Golems (Einar). This is what I can tell from social media posts and character reveals anyways.

A docking station will allow you to leave monitor keyboard etc plugged in. It's one cable instead of all of those, and then of course, you decide you want to get up go, unplug and go.

Quench is right tho, you'll def want to take heat into consideration and buy an external laptop fan to cool from below. I have one for mine.
