Fishing is intended to be quite involved (and easy to learn), so I think S6 has you covered. Einar will be the fishing mentor NPC, so if you choose to invest a lot of time in it, you can level up and learn skills from/with him. Or, if not, you can just do whatever basic fishing there is to begin with.

Yes, but since its announcement in November 2019, the best we have gotten is new map reveals (to maps already mentioned mostly in Blizzcon 2019), existing character redesigns (which is pretty well just new "skins"), and vague glimpses at balance changes (Mei no longer freezes, change to 5v5, etc.)
