That makes me really sad. Honestly, like the whole point of this game is to build a community. To come together. its not about fighting each other for glory or to be the very best like no one ever was... What they are creating is something new, refreshing, and very needed. But that assumption and outlook on the world is pretty harmful to yourself and those around you. Expecting the worst in people means that is all you will ever see even if it isn't the reality.

In my area, I feel that I’m a sitting duck without a formal CS degree and without many software companies to jump in at the bottom in. but there could be "spots" for housing or teleports to villages, where you could choose where you want to build. i've seen that in maplestory 2 where the main city had 50+ spots for "houses" and when you enter them they are actually instanced and ppl could build the heck out of it.
