Games released by big AAA companies that have massive networths probably suck because they've lost touch with what gaming is about, as a primarily middle class hobby.

Sorry to but into the WoW part, but I think the game does have some decent content. The thing that keeps me away from the main version of it now is that there is too much focus on the 'expansion' systems.
Covenants are fine, pick the one you enjoy thematically, but then there is the other stuff... Conduits, mission tables, champions and troops, legendary crafting through grinding by leveling out progression within the profession that is maxed out, running through the prison tower (I do enjoy that, just not that it is a must for endgame and character progression)

Ive said all along that what they should have done it make the covenant choice me 100% aestetics only.. and a permanent choice. If you want to add powers do it like an added talent option instead. I think that would have been much more well recived

Always wanted the covenant to be aesthetics and 1 ability (the non-dmg ability) and then the conduit system should be from Oribos and the choice of 2nd ability from there too. So all have the same dmg choice but there is a bonus for aesthetics too.

Currently, Azeroth has been my returning home since it launched because all the other MMO's from its launch and till now just haven't felt the same. But Palia gave me the chills and wants to roam the lands for a new home.

Oh, I wish to say no but I have a feeling that deep inside, here is of course a fear of not being able to grant every wish. That's what I did... finished my BS degree... a few days before I graduated Sony closed it's biggest support center in my area, putting close to 1000 other techs with years of experience and the same degree out of work... the day I graduated, Samsung and 5 other companies did the same thing.

I went from promising future to utterly screwed as I was being given my diploma... no refunds.

I've been orbiting the gaming industry trying to get in since 99. First applied to DigiPen in Redmond when it was still a thing (before they moved to Vancouver). Took a Computer Science degree at a local college and found out I was being groomed to work in the oil field, so I bailed (dropped my studies) ... I feel like it was both the best decision (mental health at the time) and the worst decision (because I think I shot myself in the foot of my dream of working in gaming) as my life veered off to support the dropping out of school

I think it's fine if there is armor/design that is a bit out of place, to give creative freedom. Since content creation in specific setting is horribly hard. But it should be at least obtainable for everyone, if very glamorous and distinct armour is cash shop only i consider it somewhat the same as P2W in a social game.

Bow hunting is a lot more challenging than hunting with a rifle, and takes a lot more skill because of how much closer you have to get to get a clean kill. So it tests your skills more in stealth and patience
