Oddly it makes no sense, like when you get the pink catepillar they drop silk, and it makes sense. But for bugs to drop seeds does not LOL D: That's very unfortunate if its just flower only spawn bugs like with some foragables spawning certain bugs. Very tedious, maybe they will work on how long it'll be till it can despawn.

But, again, you have to actually participate doing that, unless they've changed how it works. If it's not accessible to somebody, due to it literally being painful or something similar, then they can't even throw a smokebomb at it. It's still going to be an issue for some, I'd imagine.

I just hope they have some way to just.. buy some or something, because yeah. idno. it sucks to feel "locked out" of a feature in a game, due to this kind of thing.

Bug catching is at the lowest of all the levels, so i can relate! Thankfully you can buy silk from Tish and i avoid bugs for weekly gifts and go to a basic gift. Maybe they implement that. Are tree seeds for sale anywhere ? i never noticed.

I'd be vibing at my house plot with a friend for a hot minute, and we'll be chatting, and suddenly he'll see me start walking around, decorating/moving stuff or crafting furniture ad;lsgh

yep, i completely understand!! i just randomly got a cafe idea w/ some of the pieces, and just ran with it and went through so many pieces to see what might fit... it was so much trail and error because some .. just weren't it.

I believe Name changes are low priority, and you might have to wait for a bit longer. Wishing for a new name doesn't stop you from playing, so it's lower priority over game breaking problems that block you from accessing the game. 🙂

the focus is based on the dish not the ingredients. but the price is based on the ingredients.
if they're asking for specific vegetables and it's not a high priced one (typically potato) it's usually because they want them to all stack into one slot in their storage & inventory. tomatoes and carrots have the same sell price so the food they produce come out with the same price

It probably reads for how long steam was running the game for you since that's how they record playtime for games with no online servers (single player)

So if you're wondering if steam will retroactively record your previous playtime before you installed it on steam, the answer is probably no

I finally finished Gales late last night. Was probably the hardest thing I've ever done in a game in my 25 years of MMO gaming.... and that includes epic quests in the orginal EverQuest.

I’m sorry. I hated that tower. It took so long to finish it. I hate platforming games. It would be nice if they would have an optional way to progress. Like maybe clicking a switch to activate bridges to walk across. I would have rather had that. I can’t imagine how bad it is for someone who has issues with controls. i dont use a controller (dont own one) my disability is more mental and vision focused. the places looking the same realy messed with me and i got turned around so many times. doesnt help i have pretty poor farsight so trying to identify an island from far away was impossible

Oh I had that. On Switch so many assets are missing and I’d be following a walkthrough and be so lost because the PC screen looks so different. Only the large trees are the same so I would try to watch the walkthrough very carefully to find the one tree. But they need to fix that temple for more visual clues. It’s unfortunate they are not adjusting it.

my biggest issue with how they design the grind in this game is, I don't even get to know if the item will actually work in the way I want it to until after I make it (furniture dye options, specifically) and most of the time it winds up not working and I just feel like I wasted a ridiculous amount of time on something I can't use e.e

Honestly, I enjoyed DDV when I started it, but now I only play when there's a Star Path to complete. And that's pretty quick to finish. Dream Snaps have gotten too monotonous even with the rewards. With Palia, I can keep doing/leveling random things in between patches and it feels more engaging to me. I mean, at worst, I find the difficulty of fishing for the rarer fish in Palia (for me) to be a point of frustration, but again, that's a me thing, not an everyone thing. : )

Aside from gemstones, Apple seeds have the highest value per individual item, and they are fairly easy to stockpile (just time consuming), so storing them away for banking gold is the most logical thing.

I don’t have Steam/PC so it’s my only option but it’s been great for me personally, I also play on my OLED handheld, and other than just not getting more of the little details (like different flora) it’s been really nice. oh it was awful. a LOT of stuff was left broken, a good chunk of things were frusterating to use and we constantly got snowballs when not everyone wanted them and they took up a single space in your inventory for each 10 stack, so your bag could be filled before you know it.

the devshad even went on HOLIDAY the day or next after the patch dropped! so no issues were fixed for over 6 and more whole weeks! the only thing that got fixed was servers when it started having issues and even then it was pretty half done
